Right now the park takes up 60 acres. However, the park does have an additional 40-50 acres for expansion. BTW, The expansion land sits away from the Airport midways, which means that land could hold attractions up to the parks height limit of 200ft.

Kentucky Kingdom really does seem like a boardwalk if you think about it. I would rather perfer Louie's Kingdom or Louie's Boardwalk. Bluegrass Boardwalk doesn't sound that much fun or entertaining. Louisville doesn't even have kentucky bluegrass! smh

The reason why I ask is because SFKK wave pool had EXTREME intense waves that would give you a punch when it was operating. Holiday World wave pools have very small waves. I never been to the beach but I hope they have some good waves when I visit this summer,

The News have reported Holiday World has been having intrest in Kentucky Kingdom since the park close in Feb 2010. (When Will Koch was still living)

No ride has operated at kk to the public since nov 1, 2009.

Think about what you mention..."Kentucky Kingdom", wait you should have said "Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom", is dirty, unsafe, overrun by poorly behaved teens, and a POOR VALUE.
