many people in louisville like holiday world more then kentucky kingdom since holiday world adds rides every year and Six Flags kentucky kingdom rides were rusted and dirty, and no rides were added but 2 or 3 water slides.

Kentucky Kingdom is backk! but the court issues still live on:( Ed Hart Has Kentucky Kingdom BACK?

Well Hart was always intested into re-gaining kentucky kingdom, even before the closing. I don't really believe that he was the only one intested however.

Well, if it true I wouldn't be surpised to see a water park exspanion, new rides, and maybe even a new coaster next season if he can find one like he did thunder run.

Ed Hart did everything, but add greezed lightin, and the newer water rides. The park basically been standing and nothing has been happening ever since he left! it just rides leaving every year since six flags took over!

hope at the end of this decade, we can see a King Island vs Kentucky Kingdom type of thing again

I guess not! But you all know that giving away Chang and Six Flags is worth getting Ed Hart

Well To Me Everything Is offically worth it! taking out chang, Six Flags leaving! Ed Hart Could have the park tommorow! and the park may have a new name! and it will be back to normal from when Six Flags had first tooken over! Old Owner to take park back?

^ When Kentucky Kingdom was Six Flags in the late 90's, it was awsome, but later on in the new millennium, everything just when from funn to bad! I remember when Kentucky Kingdom and Kings Island was sort of like competitors! Kentucky Kingdom was growing really quickly and adding rides and attraction every season! Everyone Thought when it became a Six Flags park, It was going to be more like Kings Island or something.

I can understand if it would be at another Six Flags park or Kentucky Kingdom! but Six Flags may wanted to get the ride off of Kentucky Kingdom property as soon as possible or the KFEC's property.

IDK, Six Flags may didn't have anywhere to store it. I thought the ride would have been painted by now or be at SFGAm, but its still here in Kentucky!

well, since last night, it seems Kentucky Kingdom's rides will stay where they are which was said by Mark Shapiro.

which do you think cost more? a 12million dollar coaster (which could be worth more today) or Blue Prints?

It was all apart of Six Flags plan, fool the KFEC and have evidence in possibly opening up a new water park expansion with the proof of blue prints and take Chang out of the parks picture as quickly as possible and then throw a bomb in the picture by closing the park. and it seems they had attentions to close the park.

Rite, it kinda looks like when the park get a new owner, the KFEC will take Six Flags to court to get Chang back and re-install the ride because Six Flags lied to the KFEC and closed the park and didn't have any attentions of expanding the water park by the way it sounds. Chang was also on the KFEC property and Six Flags so its sort of 50/50.

The reason why Chang used only one train yester was because the park isnt as busy on weekdays and sundays. The park only runs 2 trains on this rides on Saterday or the concert days when the park is packed and also the same for t2.

Many believe now that twisted twins is either coming down (hopefully for a new coaster in 2011 for 50th anniversary) or this ride may just simply could be getting some brand new trains for hopefully next season. In 2007, The park president said they were going to do something in that area for 2008, but im guessing their post pointing all this til next year?
