Would anyone shed some light so as to why Shake Rattle & Roll was/is down?

Well, at Kings Island, they kinda are the Scrambler and Monster, and WAS Troika. I've heard some ride ops say "Where Thrills Connect!" this season.

Many "staple" rides have left us in place of others. We have lost rides like the 'Tiques, Flying Eagles, KCKC, etc. Change is good for the soul, yet not always a favorite.

So why can't it feed into Diamondback's splashdown? Seems cheaper than erecting a new waterfall (and it adds some "river" to our riverless Rivertown.

I would say early/middle in the week. I find that Maverick is just much more thrilling in the front. Once you do, you'll realize. It's just... Something about it.

Weekdays. Definitely. Also, ride Mantis. Make sure you stand above the bicycle seat, and you'll have a great ride. I think you should try and ride maXair, only because of the different views of the midway, and because you haven't ridden Delirium in a long while. Also ride DISpatch mASTER TRANSPORT while you can. I also find Iron Dragon a relaxing ride, and the second half is very fun. Ride Maverick in the front seat, or else it's not worth your time. If you waited 2 hours, what's 5 more minutes gonna hurt? I also heard Mean Streak is incredible this year, and Blue Streak is still offering great air time. I don't know if anyone else wonders this, but if anyone "In the Know" knows the answer to this, but how does Wicked Twister's launch work? I don't understand how the same magnets launch and brake both ways. Don't forget to eat at Pink's and Johnny Rockets! Other than that, have a FUN day! EDIT: Also, if you get ERT and Maverick is offered, make sure you knock that out if your list right away. If not, try getting to a ride for ERT that is near Maverick, then head straight to that 'Timmy in the back of the park. Also, if you should accept ERT, don't expect walk ons. You'll still wait for awhile.

Ah. Well that makes more sense! Perhaps we don't need to modify the middle school with stairs galore because we have 2 other schools where handicapped kids can go. Thanks for clearing that up for me, Terpy! Something you are excellent at doing.

Correction: Ye "loved" Viacom. Nobody really seems to know if Paramount truly ran the park (maybe the very first year could have alluded to sumtin). Maybe. EDIT: See, this is why you carefully reread your posts! What I left out is that nobody seems to know WHAT WOULD HAPPEN if Paramount truly ran the park for more than 1 year. Scooby Doo opened with the park in 1972, alongside The Racer. If I were to take a wild stab at it, I would think that Scooby Doo was finished before The Racer, only because it was a smaller project. Therefore making Scooby Doo/Woodstock Express Wooden Coaster 1, The Racer Wooden Coaster 2, The Beast Wooden Coaster 3, and tsaeB fo niS Wooden Coaster 4. However, in the likely event that I am wrong, and that The Racer was finished first, then The Racer is Wooden Coaster 1 and Woodstock Express Wooden Coaster 2.

Actually, The Beast would be the park's Wooden Coaster 3. I wish RCT3 had a Troika...

If you were the park, why would you post a contest on a page (Facebook) where the people that follow you are ignorant bafoons who care about nothing more than "BRING BAK DA SUN OF TEH BEEST OR IM SPEND NO MONEY IN PARK AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" If you look on the Things People Say on Facebook thread, you see that FB is full of a ton of bull crap, and a contest is a waste of time there. I guess the more grateful crowd that is Twitter should get the contest, but why can't the people who are on Kings Island's email list get information like "The Crypt has reached the end of its service life. It will be replaced by a new Haunt addition." ? I guess what I'm trying to say, is that Kings Island needs to reach out to its fans better thru use of diverse outlets.

Nobody in my school has a Twitter. Everyone has a Facebook. At least to the younger audience, Facebook is the more popular platform.. Although, I do agree with the Colonel. I hate Cedar Fair's parks' FB pages! Way too hard to navigate when compared to the former.

The dried up watery thing is under the wooden bridge in between KIMVRR and WWC. Probably closer to the merchandise cart by WWC.

So really, not much has changed, omit a Crypt.

People complain about generic names. Really? We had 5 Drop Zones, 4 Top Guns, and 2 Tomb Raiders. Hell, we had 2 Vortexes (sp?), 2 Flight of Fears, 3 Italian Jobs....
