I haven't got anything. I double checked to make sure my cards were tied to my Kings Island account. The page does say select days, but it doesn't say what days.

has anyone received a perk yet? I have gone twice since the PassPerks email went out and I haven't received anything. I see the site said "select days" but I see nothing indicating what those days are.

Are there any places that have thousand island dressing? My wife has been wanting to do up some salads, but our first foray at the brewhouse was unsuccessful. Hail Caesar had a laughable amount of dressing on it, and even though it was rung up for dressing on the side they managed to mess that up. The food runner doesn't even ask if everything is OK, they act like they are on fire; stop, drop and roll (out)

Went to the Brewhouse last night, place was just as empty as the rest of the park. I got the 3 Little Pig sliders. The pulled pork is exactly the same as the Coney BBQ pulled pork, only less of it. The tots were actually pretty good, nice and crispy.

The cost of steel has gone up in the last few years, but it is still cheaper than when Diamondback was built. Granted this doesn't go back to 2009, but while it has "gone up" it isn't a drastic increase in the 7 year average.

I vaguely remember there being animal cages, mostly birds, in the center sections of Coney Mall. That is my earliest memory of KI, I was probably 5 or 6 so it would be very early 90s.

I mean since Indy doesn't know how they got made, should we be nice and keep it simple, or just make it as complicated as possible? I do like the idea of working up through a knowledge level maybe, then passes, then ride types? Tourist > Enthusiast > Local > Senior > Expert > Gold > Platinum > Beastie > Beast > Hyper > Giga> Strata?

I think we need to revamp the middle section there, we can do better than "Double" and "Triple" especially when the numbers don't line up!

I thought the mechanical issues really only came up after they removed the back row of seats? I really did enjoy the original ride though, it was a nice change of pace. You get all the flips and chaos but not the super g-forces.

They all do, but I think they only have a limited number. I know they are supposed to have at least a Chef's Salad and usually 1 other. They do tend to look a bit wilted by the end of the day, and I've never seen them put more out before.

Still surprisingly busy for a cold rainy day

I wanted to try the new place today, but they had a line out the door. Skyline and Larosa's taste exactly the same. The loss of fries is noticable, but still filling without.

Why not, this is clearly just a single very tall man without his coat on. And being so tall he is probably easily over the age of 18 and doesn't need to be carded for any mature purchases.

Maybe it will be cloudy enough they'll turn all the lights on. I'm going unless it starts pouring, maybe just chillax at the new brewhouse

Random fun fact about weather predictions, not that is applies much at 100% rain. The chance of rain from the point of view of a television news channel is that it is a percentage of the viewing area with a 100% chance of rain. So for Channel 12 in Cincinnati, who's viewing area covers a bit into Indiana, but a lot of SW Ohio, if they were to predict a 10% chance of rain, that just means that 10% of the total viewing area will definitely see rain today, possibly some small bit near Indianapolis. It is a minor but important shift in perspective.
