^That's the logical and realistic argument. But when you put a theme park that could be squeezed from potential millions the argument grows quite illogical. Then there are tons of lawyers all screaming "GO FOR IT!!!!" The world today makes me sick.

I wouldn't be concerned about the "contamination" of the area. Like RailRider said, I would be concerned about the searing hot pavement. It can become very miserable.

I think they're interchangeable really. I more commonly hear hyper coaster refer to 200-299 but I've heard mega coaster too. I would guess that hyper just lacks inversions whereas a mega has inversions, both of which are the same height. I may be wrong though.
