Got a 22/25 The question that really got me was the Longest Queue Yes, Top Gun's is long...but there was something about the wording of the question that made me think "Hey, Flight of Fear's actual queue area doesn't seem as LONG as Top Gun's, but there are a ton of turnstyles that can be opened up inside AND outside of the building."

That's how Winterfest is for us. If I remember correctly, PKI's Fearfest was extra for the first couple seasons as well. Eventually, I'd bet PCW's is free if they do it a couple more years.

Need to bump this topic for a request: I've got most of the video done, except for little things here and there, Winterfest and Fear Fest, and of course, some cleaning up of the video. At this point, I'd like a couple people to PM me if they are interested in viewing this video for me, and giving me some of their thoughts. Consider it a "video beta" I'll only give a couple people the link, simply because the video isn't complete yet, and I'm just asking for some viewer input. Thanks.

I recently talked to Dane about about using some of the PKIC videos on the site, since I'm not ballsy enough to take a camera with me to the park (I know I'd end up losing it somehow or another). What am I doing with these videos? I decided it'd be fun to play around and make a little PKI year-in-review video. Because of the extended season due to Winterfest, I don't expect the video to be fully finished until sometime in December. I just wanted to create this topic to a) Let everyone know about this project. Once it's finished, I will give it to Dane or one of the other administrators to do with it as they please. So it may end up on the site. Provide updates on the project. I may post clips of it if I get around to it so that I can get feedback...which brings me to: c) Feedback. I'd like to know what you think should go in the video, and what should stay out of the video. Keep in mind, I do not have any video of my own, and will not be going back to the park until Fear Fest, so what you suggest needs to come from the videos you find on this site. d) Anything else. So, throw me a bone. Give me your input. And a big thanks to Dane and the PKIC admins for allowing use of their video library. Oh, and one more thing. This video is getting pretty long. I'm already at 4 minutes. I'm going to try to keep it short and small enough so that everyone can download it, but right now, I've still got to add Winterfest, Fear Fest, and a few other things into the video.

My luck, Gmail probably sent it to the SPAM folder. It never usually does with the PKI emails I get, but it probably did this time around.

When did that newsletter come? ...and about that hint, I'm just excited it means we're closer to an official announcement!

It'd be neat to see Boomerang Bay used as a themed area in Fearfest (or even Winterfest) It'd be neat to see all the slides and such closed down, but there still be activity around.

I made a rule for myself all summer...visit on Tuesday. Tuesdays are not only dead, but I also get paid on Tuesday...thus making my trip more "doable" I am sadly in somewhat a position with PKI as you are with CP. From my house to PKI, it's about 2 hrs. I almost didn't get a pass this year, but went ahead. I'm glad I did. Even though I don't have the visit-counts as some people here, I did make quite a few considering the drive-time to get to the park. CP pass....out of the question for me. Cedar Point is a 5 hour drive from my house...which sounds strange, because I actually live further north. But there aren't any interstates going from north-central Indiana to Sandusky like there is from Indy to PKI (I-74)

I don't see how they could. It's pretty well tailored to the theme of IJ...and PCW and PKI are the only parks with IJ....this year.

Opened in '83 if I recall correctly.

They may end up changing the theme to the Italian Job sequal due out next year, The Brazilian Job

I'm talking plain black button ups...Not exact copies of the IJ shirts. I can't find any clothing stores online that sell them... ..then again, I don't know many clothing stores online that might carry them.

Alright, so I guess since those shirts are off limits ...does anyone know of a place that sells nice black button up shirts similar to the IJST ones?

That does suck. I have to experience that at my work...just getting there, and getting questions about events that happened while you weren't there.

I'm talking about the black button ups. I love those! It'd be awesome just to have it as a nifty little keepsake.

Quick question, as I'm curious...though I'm sure I know the answer to this question. Are the special uniforms for the IJ crew only to be used this year, for its first season, or do you think it's a permanent thing? Also, do you get to keep your uniforms or do you have to turn them back in? I really love those uniforms, and would die to be able to buy one from somebody if it wasn't to be used after this season, and if it is allowed. (Doubtful, but I'm asking, just in case!)

I like a Star Trek idea.... ...otherwise, no change of theme, just better upkeep
