  1. Could it be a Theme park?
  2. Looking at youre avatar, I just realized that the arch would make an amazing skycoaster .
  3. No, they werent Then they weren't his. Problem solved.
  4. Well, were they under the name Shagscooby?
  5. I agree, those time...er elevator capsules are slightly unnerving. Glad you had fun.
  6. Yeah, I figured I give him one.
  7. In the US: SFGAdv SFGAm SFoG BGW Carowinds Depends on how you classify "many".
  8. Exactly. While Cedar Point may be a park that offers great variety and many coasters, I'd rate Holiday World above it because, even though they only have three major coasters, all three appeal to families (not to metion Howler!), and they definitely appeal to the GP and coaster enthusiasts, and all three are spectacular, IMO. Same with Busch Gardens Williamsburg. Their coasters I would all rate very high.
  9. These. Look. EPIC! It was pretty much guarenteed after they used Raven to test them, but seriously. I can't contain my enthusiasm right now. Wow. Go Holiday World. I can't wait to hear Giga's response! ^Meh, maybe it would actually make the mine train more exciting. That ride is horrible. And painful. And the only coaster I've ridden with more than two lifthills.
  10. I'd say we're excellent. Honestly if you averaged the ratings of all the coasters at CP or KI, I think KI would win (or at least that's my opinion). I think Magic Mountain and Great Adventure look pretty epic though.
  11. ^As has been said numerous times, usually by Terpy, PTC does not recommend turning trains backwards...so I highly doubt they will.
  12. Oh, that's odd, because I seem to recall a giant banner for the movie FACE OFF on the building attached to the Paramount Theater right next to the ride.
  13. I believe the job fair last year was in the middle of February. February is around March, am I wrong?
  14. Aha! I beat goodyellowkorn! Oh yeah...Crypt at KD is everything you'd want in a top spin. Multiple, intense flips, hanging over a pit of fire, fountains shooting straight up at you...it's amazing.
  15. Yeah I agree. You don't have to have a hypercoaster to be a fun park. However, Chang did make it alot more fun. EDIT: Oh, and those Play Passes and Season Passes are deals! I paid $40 for the Season Pass (discount book, bring a friend FTW), and plan to use it at Magic Mountain. $40 is $30 less than a ticket and parking at the Mountain.
  16. I wouldn't say that so quickly. Marriott doesn't go by that statement. Link One Link Two
  17. Downgraded kids areas still cost nickels, you know. And if CF sells its parks, KI will be sold after many of the others.
  18. Flight Deck! Score!
  19. Guys! 162 days and 11 hours til the park opens! I can almost taste it!
  20. ^Meh, AC is next to the parking lot...it's better. Really though, it's in grass, not concrete.
  21. I've only been to KD, but I think I'd choose KD. If we're saying new coasters, Carowinds, easy. I said both though, cause it's pretty close. Can't wait til 2010, I'm going on an epic trip to both! Yay!
  22. I renewed mine two weeks ago, I think, and they gave me a whole new pass, and the renewal deal. I was thinking they'd use the same pass but I guess not.
  23. Are they any thicker than last years passes? I can't imagine how such a thin plastic card can make it through the whole season in one piece- every single other plastic card I have is thicker. I don't know, I didn't notice they were thin. I think they're about the same.
  24. ^Yeah, I think so too. I renewed mine and they look exactly like the Cedar Point ones. See my avatar. They look awesome!
