Wow. I knew Dollywood had a fantastic Christmas event but I didn't know the coasters were open!

Opening day. Getting to the park at 7:00 AM with two of my friends. I had invited another friend, but he came with his dad because he didn't think we'd get there on time. Turns out we beat him by 15 minutes! I'm not sure that this has been one of the best seasons for the park, but it was for me. I went, without a doubt, more times than any other season. I also really liked 2004 and '05. I really started loving coasters in 2004 after those Son of Beast and Vortex rides. Hmm, what else? Going to CP for the first time in five years was awesome. I also LOVED Busch Gardens and Holiday World! I rode so many more new coasters this year than any other it's not even funny.

Oh trust me, I can and will find something to do a PTR about during the dreaded off season that is worth reading, and may emit several LOLs from the members of this site. XD You could go to Orlando. Or LA. Or Tampa.

Disney's spin off of Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit? That's what it seems like to me.

Hmm. For some reason I recall something about Millennium Flyer trains or something odd like that.

That fits the name Thunder Road much better than white paint, IMO. What are they doing to it? Aren't they retracking it?

When I was there, we were over in that area, with the Scrambler in plain view. A kid goes, "LOOK MOM, IT'S THE SCRAMBLER!" Really loud. My cousin and I started cracking up. I guess it's one of those, "you had to be there," stories, but it was hilarious. And by the way I'm really jealous that you guys go to Holiday World so much! I've been there once. 4 hours. 3 Voyage rides. 2 on Raven and Legend. Meh. Oh and their scooters are not very good.

Why do you say that? Because they have so much land to build on? (sarcasm) Kings Dominion and Carowinds are getting huge coasters. Before I read your post I was thinking, "or Kings Dominion,"...

Holiday World without Voyage would still be a great place. So much great theming, and Raven and Legend are both very good.

That's true. But I was just thinking, because on the lifthill is has track and down the drop it looks like it does.

Oh my bad. Speaking of Shoot the Rapids, will it count towards CP's coaster count?

Anyone else noticed how the water screen spells out words? I think I saw "Spooky" and "Boo".

Theme parks. It just adds to the experience so much more. Busch Gardens and Holiday World are two of the best parks I've been to.

If they own Merlin (who owns Alton and Thorpe, two parks with great reviews), and Universal Orlando, I trust them to take good care of the Busch parks.
