I was riding in the front seat of Flight Deck when I noticed a golf ball sitting on the cage to the right when going up the lift hill. Not too sure why that would be there.

Actually you cannot work at all during the Haunt hours if you are under 16 because the laws prevent 15 year olds working past a certain time. No matter what job it is.

Due to minor labor laws only 16 year olds can work the Haunt. 15 year olds can only work Howl-O-Fest.

Why would it be hard? They put together almost all new coasters in the off season. First of all it is not the tallest in the world. Second of all even if it is going to be a Giga Coaster it will not take an extra long time. It is just going to take a lot of work and good planning. Well, tallest giga i meant. I know Diamondback was built that quick, but his seems like a much bigger project at KD. Millennium Force opened in May which was probably when the park first opened to the public for that operating season. Millennium Force and the Kings Dominion coaster are very similar projects.

SOB's line was NOT used last year as a line for Club Blood. Just Flight Decks.

I'll still be in Admissions. But if they do the thing where the monsters all run out of the turnstiles on Fridays of the Haunt then I might be able to see some of you in costume!

Yesterday in line for Drop Tower a group of young teens were debating where The Racer was located. One pointed to Son of Beast but the other actually knew it was white. Another said it was at Six Flags. Another said it was still in there park but he didn't know where. I give him credit for actually knowing it was in the park.

I was nervous to watch as well but I saw a video of him during his Kings Dominion walk and he looked pretty good. I have faith in him and am definitely going into the park after work to watch!

I just hit my 70th tonight on Diamondback but I made it to 71 tonight. However, I also hit my 100th ride of the season on Flight Deck tonight!

Not my idea but I someone told me they are hoping for a launched woodie.

Didn't we say that after the LAST incident? Ok lets be fair. One more incident on Firehawk and it should be gone!!!!!! I know SOB has had more than one but the ride can be improved. Come on, all incidents are different. Don't be so ignorant.

I've heard this is one of the best nights to work. All of the guests actually respect the park and its workers more than when the park is open to the public.

I got 7 rides this year. Would have loved to have some late night rides during the Haunt like last year.

Don't get me wrong I agree. If they are going to hold an event to promote the tournament they should have at least some info or give a website or something where they can learn more. It was cool to have great athletes at Kings Island but the fact that they were an hour late kinda had me ticked since I voluntarily waited the whole time. Oh well, I wasn't expecting a full match anyway but overall it was cool.

Well the tournament is not going on at Kings Island so I can give them that.

Wow...I'm not going to lie but that was pretty bad. First all of the signs said that the event would be happening at 4. Didn't start until 5. It looked cool when they turned on the fountains to the side of them but it was very boring to watch.

You want extreme ejector? Go ride El Toro or Superman... I mean Bizarro. Millie does have a little hint of ejector but nothing comparable to Bizarro and El Toro. Plus you can't even compare DB and Millie so stop giving Angie headaches! I feel bad for her. "Leave Millie (Son of Beast) Alone!

I have to wear that red target on my uniform now. I had people asking me today if Target (the store) was having an event at the park today.

That is exactly what I use and it works just fine. Just clip it on a belt loop and then I throw everything else I have in my zipper pocket. If you are looking for a pair of zipper pocket shorts I found TONS at Khols in many different colors and sizes.

I hate when people ask me what Diamondback is like and ask me to compare it to a coaster. It is hard when you try to compare a coaster to someone that is not an enthusiast so you have to pick a well known coaster that in actuality is totally different. People always say "So it is like Millennium Force".... Really you cannot compare them. And there is the classic, "I will not ride that Drop Zone ride cus the girl got her feet cut off on it." Some people outside the park actually know that SOB is closed but then people I work with in the park tell guest that Beast is closed. Sometimes I am able to correct them.

The only thing I found good about Millie was the speed and how it really interacted with the line by flying over and very close to it. Diamondback is just full of different elements that make it amazing.
