  1. haha No way! That's interesting. I am in my high school's production of Beauty and The Beast this year too for our Spring Musical in March. Except we open on March 5th! I might actually want to go see this. Put me down as a maybe.
  2. That would be pretty neat. I'm excited for this park's future! Timberliners AND a new water coaster! Yes, I do believe I will head up there for my first ever trip.
  3. This is good because it creates a new family ride but it is nothing special seeing that the coaster is 17 years old. But then they are recycling a coaster which is good and saves them a lot of money. I like "Mr. Six Pandemonium" better for a Mr. Six themed ride but I guess we will have to live with this.
  4. ^I've never seen that. Is it like the Davey Jones projection on Pirates of the Caribbean at WDW? It has a projection of him on a little waterfall of mist.
  5. That really does look huge! The only other water coaster I have been on is Typhoon at SFNE. Is there going to be anything in the tunnel or is it just a normal tunnel?
  6. Why wait til next year? May is this year! Oh Yeah! Even better!
  7. I know I am going to be sitting in the front of the new Timberliners on Voyage next year!!!!
  8. Just in case any of you thought the picture posted was a fake... it's not. The coaster is actually a lot more visible from the road now. That is really the only thing new that you can see. Avatar's track does look a little bit empty though. I think they have taken Avatar off of the ride vehicle but I cannot be sure.
  9. Woohoo! I run the photo contests over at that site! Anyways, cool pics! That is cool to see even though if I were at the park when this happens it would seriously ruin the magic a little bit for me. But I guess it is needed every once and a while.
  10. I used to only get one trip to Six Flags New England a year when I lived in Connecticut. I would be watching the weather as soon as I could and start planning. I would change my plans everyday because the weather would. It is so hard to plan theme park trips around weather but whether it rains or not I will be there opening day!
  11. Thank You IChase! It looks great! These 91 days will just fly by!
  12. Well I guess it depends when/if I will be working. I think I will go look at Planet Snoopy first and look at all of the changes. Then head over to Diamondback I guess.

2 hours for El Toro, count me in. I don't really mind waiting in line for good rides. There is usually things to look at and if not I can usually keep myself busy.
  14. I took the long way home and drove by Kings Island today. I saw a crane in the old Nick Universe area over by Reptar and Avatar!!! I couldn't see much because I was driving but there was indeed a crane!
  15. Mapquest tells me I am 13.91 miles or 23 minutes away from the park.
  16. I'll keep it in mind but chances are I will probably be working. I will see once it gets closer.
  17. Didn't Jimmy Neutron's Atom Smashers used to be Flintstones themed? Maybe it was around that area?
  18. "Their" But yes, that would be nice to know a little bit of information by now.
  19. Here is my updated list after the 2009 season. I do not know the order before my 89th coaster because I only counted the number of coasters, not the order. 20. I guess it just depends what they have in mind to take its place. That is if it is even coming down or if they even have anything in mind to put there.
  21. I was driving by the park on my way home on New Years Eve and just sat in the drop off parking lot and looked at the park. It was awesome. Yes, I am a coaster nerd.
  22. I posted a topic about some old pictures I found of my parents a while ago. They think the pictures are from about 1987. Here are some of the pictures. I-Street Log Ride On the second lift hill of The Beast.
  23. Kings Island is starting to sound more and more like Cedar Point. Planet Snoopy, Starlight Experience... I guess we will see if this actually falls through.
  24. Actually they are Millennium Flyer trains. http://rcdb.com/4274.htm?p=23326 You do realize that's not the same ride... right? Yeah hahaha The wink was supposed to show sarcasm. El Toro (SFGAdv) is my number 1 coaster.
