A lift tunnel like the Hulk coaster at islands of Adventure would be fantastic. I doubt they’d do something like that but it would be so cool and an amazing night ride.

I totally agree, I’ve talked about the entrance a lot, I’m sure others have seen me post about it lol. I do feel strongly about it because it really is dated. Im not sure how they could modernize it though. The shingles are what date it, and removing those leaves a big box. It should look like the new parking lot entrance and sign, but I can’t imagine that building being brought to modern standards. I still believe they will do a Camp Snoopy renovation, including boo blasters leaving or being refurbished. Then a couple of years of general touch ups, then a new coaster in 2024-26.

I voted Intamin!! After Millie, Maverick, top thrill and Hagrids magical creatures, I have to say they’re my favorite company. B&M is great, but they’re so... smooth and free flowing I guess? I’m not up to par with coaster terms haha, but I like coasters that are quick and zip around. I’m still surprised that KI has no intamin coasters.

That sounds awesome, I can’t wait to see what they do. For all of you who live close by, I am forever jealous. I’m really expecting a story of some kind but i don’t know if CF would do something like that.

Just let him stay mad. He clearly feeds off this kind of attention and it drags us all down. I hope that they decide to move the maintenance buildings. The location of the coaster kind of sucks IMO, only because photos from the tower are going to have those big red buildings and water tank in them.

Haha, that would be so cruel of them to not reveal the stats. They better! I would love to know the speed. I’m hoping they reveal a story of some kind. Did they do that for mystic? Did we know about the themeing other than the shed?

Cedar Fair seems to prioritize the beauty of their parks and the quality of their rides. The tiques did take up a pretty large chunk of land, but I don’t think that CF would want to remove them from that location. It was the perfect spot for them. There are plenty of areas for expansion, and Paramounts placement of IJST didn’t make sense to begin with.

I know there’s still space between the posters, but “It’s The End Of The World As We Know It” seems fitting for the current letters

Hopefully some will see this post since everyone is in the 2020 thread With the new coaster coming to X-Base, does anyone think they will fix up Flight of Fear? I hope to see them replace lighting and speakers, replace lights, and do one general cleaning to everyday.

I don't think they will do any teasers for this ride. It's a little late in the game, and Xbase is off the beaten path.

I am so upset that I'm going to miss this. It looks like it is going to be such a fun an unique thing to happen at KI. I can't wait to see everyones pictures and videos! Also, the thing in that last photo looks familiar, I feel like I saw that at Haunt last year somewhere near I-Street.

Totally agree! There is a ton of land where backlot sits that is unused. The empty area behind the showplace could be used as well.

Anyone happen to know what projects he might have been a part of at Disney and Paramount Parks? It would be great to see more festivals/parades/celebrations come to CF parks. Really looking forward to seeing how Grand Carnivale performs, even though I most likely won’t be able to experience it in person.

2019 has nothing to do with anything. Why should you walk to GUEST SERVICES? Maybe that's because they are there to service guest who have complaints. There's no better way to voice a concern than to tell someone at the park directly to their face rather than from behind a screen. I have a feeling they don't have something like that integrated into the app because people tend to exaggerate and inflate small issues when they are behind a screen. Sounds to me like you are too lazy/anxious/afraid to go an tell a real person about issues that you had. They responded to you on two different platforms.

Well, when the entrance to the ride is off of international street, we will call it a part of I-street lol. Anyways. I would like to see a new junior coaster like someone pointed out earlier. I only bring this up because the kids area was always growing and changing, but recently that growth has stagnated. It may not be too important to us enthusiasts, but Hanna-Barbers and Nick Central is where I got my start! I was always so excited to go and ride beastie and reptar. They’re still there but I think kids also deserve something new and exciting.

Well I mean, that was your own fault for expecting something giant and extravagant like that. I can definitely understand expecting something longer, but not longer than steel dragon lol. I personally find the elements to be really cool, especially the turnaround and helix-thing (forgive me, don’t know the term) at the end. I think an 86’ difference between dback and this will be pretty significant. Thank you for elaborating.

It’s actually pretty impressive how long Boo blasters has lasted. It’s funny that it was rethemed every ten years, but this is going on sixteen. Unless you count what I’d call a de-theme to boo blasters as a re-theme of the ride.

It has been like that since I have been a member here! It’s annoying and I’m not sure if it’s still necessary? I always thought it was something older forums did. I just had a lot of trouble trying to find a thread about Planet Snoopy haha.
