I could be wrong but Im pretty sure the standard name for these rides is "Invertigo" just like the standard names for the regular ones such as "Head Spin" is Boomerang

I could be way off but I had heard dominator was NOT going where hypersonic XLC is/used to be. I had also heard KD was getting the former "Head Spin" as well and that that was going to be in part of the area cleared from XLC. Can anyone confirm or deny this?

Well it would still have the same feel if it was aprt of international street, and Adventure Express would be a MUCH better fit in Action Zone.

Finally a way for them to have their own "Islands of Adventure" I think it would be a very good idea.

Logicaly this makes but im pretty sure CF bases their revenue on per caps, so if i person spends $10 on something or 10 people spend $1 on something the per cap would remain the same reguardless of actual profit.

They just re-painted it, why would they do this?

But Thunder Road is what it was supposed to be called before Paramount bought it and named it Top Gun ir was it something else? And I thighly doubt people would critizize for having the same color scheme as another ride somewhere else. And yes I was refering to SFMM

I just really hope its not called Flight Deck why not call it it's original name, Thunder Road I believe it was. Also I like the color orange and green if its called Thunder Road, similar to the Six Flags Goliath coaster.

As well as steel venom at valley fair. And as far as thunderhawk being the only ride without a new paint job it looks like dominator isnt getting one either last I checked. Wrong,Dominator's new colors will be orange track/dark blue supports.They're probably gonna begin repainting it after construction though much like what they did with Firehawk. Oh really? Thats weird that they have pictures obviously taken at GL of it on KD's site and the colors of the new logo on KD's site match it perfectly, where did you hear this.

There have been a lot of topics floating around talking about whats gonna happen in 2008 thought id make a new topic since 2008 is just now around the corner. So if you have any ideas or rumors for whats gonna happen to the park this coming summer lets hear them.

I kinda would have liked to see Time Warp, a new flat ride and a bathroom be enough to make X-Base it's own area. Alone no none of the rides left have enough value as "NEW" rides in another park but if it is enough to make a new area...?

Hey just thought id share this with everyone. Just about every ride that was at GL is now listed for sale on http://www.intermarkridegroup.com/ I noticed Double Loop, Villian, Raging Wolf Bobs, Beaver Land Mine Ride, The Big Dipper, Grizzly Run, Time Warp, and Im sure there are many others. Kinda sad cause I had heard rumors of the Beaver Land Mine Ride going to Cedar Point with all the newer kiddy rides for a possible renovation of the childrens area. I was also hopeing to maybe see Time Warp or at least one decent flat ride make it to Kings Island

Give them a chance, i mean they are really starting to get on the themeing bandwagon (see maverick) if they give TRTR a new program and some good music and sound effects, even if the themeing isnt quite as top shelf as TRTR was when it first opened it could still be a good ride.

I agree bring back the original name!
