First on Firehawk today
Dude that sucks. I'm going in June and I hope the lines aren't too crazy. What did you hurt, your back? I thought that's what you said. Here's to a speedy recovery, and tons of rides afterwards.

Old Ride Question
Really? That's where they're at now? Where is this "Kentucky Kingdom?" It may be worth a trip just for that reason.

Ft Kinzel
Yeah, or maybe Ft. Kenton, or Ft. Mason, or something along those lines.

Firehawk
Hey all. I guess Firehawk is pretty good eh? I'm wondering if there are any crazy restrictions on height. ie you must be under a certain height. I'm 6'5" so if I can't even ride it, I don't want to waste my time. The only way I can ride Delirium is if I take my shoes off, what difference that makes, I dont' know. I didn't see anything on the PKI site, but I thought I would check with those who rode it yesterday. Thanks in advance.

Another 2007 Attraction?
Bring back the Flying Eagles.

Ft Kinzel
Was Ft. Kinzel always called that? For whatever reason, I seem to remember it being called Ft. Lewis or something when FOF first opened. I could be wrong, and I probably am, but I just was wondering.

Old Ride Question
Here goes, I've been going to KI for around 20 years. Does anybody out there remember the "Flying Shoes?" They were located, I think, in the general area of King Cobra / Delirium. There were yellow and orange shoes, shaped like wooden shoes from Holland or Denmark or such, and one color would fly out further than the rest. Like I said, this question is for the "Old Timers". Anyway, I loved those shoes. To me, as a 7-9 year old, there was nothing better.

Carousel Band Organ Gone?
I think that we're gonna find out more and more of how Paramount/CBS/Viacom did the park wrong. It's funny that you say that. For a few years, I actually staged my own, personal "boycott" of KI. This is directly after FOF got new restraints. I did go back in July of last year, and I really had a great time. I just didn't care for how the park was being run, and the attitudes of people involved, etc... I was absolutely ecstatic to hear that CF bought the park. I now have so much hope and enthusiasm. I stopped buying season passes, but now, I'm really excited to get one, maybe not this year, but I can't wait. It seems from what I'm reading on here, that CF is really trying to turn the park around, which they should, in my opinion. It would only benefit CF to have a strong park in KI.

Carousel Band Organ Gone?
If it's gone, that's too bad. The carousel truly was a piece of history. I didn't think that CBS/Viacom was that bad in terms of KI, but the more I read....

Restraints on Flight Of Fear
I do like that SOB is getting new trains, if that's true. I only rode it once because my knees got killed when I did ride it. That would be sweet. It seems like a pretty fun ride, but I don't remember much from all the pain. HAHAHA..

Restraints on Flight Of Fear
I know it's unlikely, but I'd like to see the same restraints as on Millenium Force. To me, those are pretty good restraints.

Restraints on Flight Of Fear
I can't get my knees under the bar no matter what I try. It sucks. I really loved that ride. I can however, ride the Italian Job with no problems. It may be an issue of space as one poster noted. Maybe if I try the front car?? What do you think? Thanks.

Restraints on Flight Of Fear
Hi all. I'm new here. I was just wondering, would CF/KI ever consider going back to the over the shoulder restraints for FOF? I used to love that ride, but now I can't fit in there. I'm 6'5", and I'm unable to get my knees to go under the lap bar. I know the shoulder restraints caused a bit of "headbang", but as it is now, I can't ride it. I also have the same problem for SOB. I know it's not likely, but it would be appreciated by the tall folks out there. Is that something that could happen, or not? Thanks for your time.
