A lot of people doubted that purchase of Paramount Parks by Cedar Fair would happen...... Anything can happen.

I can wait for 2009 to get a new hyper...hopefully. To me, Firehawk is still a new ride.

Yeah, I'm only 16, but I've been going to KI since 1992. I was barley one year old when I first came to the park. Obviously I don't remember that far back, but I remember when the park was only a few years old under Paramount, and the park was not a giant billboard for their movies. Then the 2000's came, and rides such as TR:TR were installed, and let to deteriorate. Then of course there is IJ:ST, that urban wasteland movie set that sits in a formerly tranquil and gorgeous area of the park and prompted the removal of two wonderful classic rides. IJ:ST is fun, but it would fit much better in Action Zone, where Days of Thunder sits. The eagles and the antique cars did not have to be removed.

But is it 1,000,000 foot hyper/giga/strata/you get the picture coaster?

You people are all silly. It's common knowledge that all of rivertown including TR:TR and The Beast is sinking. They're knocking it all down for the 1,000,000 foot hyper/giga/strata/flying/standup/inverted/swinging/4th dimensional/launched/wood/floorless/ 5,000,000 loop/mach 34/super/dooper/uber coaster! Duh!!! Oh yeah, I hear Shwartzkoph is building it.

Wow, I didn't think they would do much more than remove the mountain and Paramount! I never would have thought they would chop off half the sign!
