^^One slight drawback of red is that blue (MF), yellow (TTD), or better yet a combo (Behemoth) ALL show up better from afar in the skyline than red does...I almost have to look to notice Maverick's track on Perimeter Rd sometimes!!

Indyman....so are the Colts going to be any good this year??? I mean, I'm sure you would agree...only 1 Super Bowl during Manning's era would kind of make them the Atlanta Braves of the NFL!! Best things I've seen all summer: Manning jersey at Europa Park, Reggie Wayne jersey in Paris, Manning jersey at Canada's Wonderland, Bob Sanders jersey at SFMM!!

^^Yeah, definitely 75 to the turnpike!! I know many people aren't fans here, but one of the guys who does the CoasterBuzz podcast lives in Dayton (actually Beavercreek) and as a test earlier this year took some state road route or something intead of 75 and it ended up being much slower when he talked about it on the podcast....more construction, slower traffic, etc. I'd say definitely stick with 75!

^^Well, knowing where you're coming from would obviously help with directions....but those are pretty solid. For myself, I always take the exit for 4 (exit 110?) off the turnpike, then go all the way down to 1st street (I think?), but basically you'll make a right-hand turn at like this park in downtown Sandusky, and there's a CP sign as well...just keep your eyes peeled. Then to park in the Soak City lot, go through the toll booth furtherst to the left, and then keep driving straight past Blue Streak and onto Perimeter Rd....stay on the road as it curves around the park (giving you awesome views of MF and Maverick), and then you'll hit the Soak City parking lot...can't miss it! I really don't have any other advice since you have little kids, but as long as you have your parking receipt you can leave CP for lunch/dinner and come back. Good luck!!

^^Maybe.....on Behemoth they're either never on or you hardly feel them.... Nothing like Raging Bull, and many agree B&M's best hyper, so at this point I'm not concerned.

...or how PointBuzz had a separate forum for Maverick! I seriously do love the Rumored 2009 Coaster thread and all, but please, Please, PLEASE create an entire new discussion forum on KIC for the new 2009 B&M hyper so I'm not having to bump around all the different discussion forums to get the latest info, news, etc. on the 2009 coaster AND so if everything's consolidated about it, maybe that will eliminate redundant threads as well!! I know Firehawk didn't get it's own forum, but with the B&M hyper being the "biggest announcement in KI history!" surely that warrants some equally big KIC love!!

I gotta be honest....I'm kind of ****ed I didn't try doing this contest now! 20 hours is a smoke break for most enthusiasts, AND it's friggin indoors so you're not getting beatin' to death by sun and heat while waiting in a Maverick queue for example. The biggest reason why I didn't try this is that similar contest in San Diego on their Cyclone or whatever lasted days/weeks!! Talk about some weaklings....

^^King Cobra was awesome!! (which I re-affirmed this summer after riding Canada's Wonderland's version!) I though Flight Commander sucked due to the very tight OTSR's (but I am a tall person). And The Bat....well, my first ever KI visit was in 1986 as a 4 year-old!! But I did think Screamin' Demon was pretty cool!

Right...but who's to say those clues are directly related to the name?? i.e. "Ya'll ready for some serious sidewindin'?" obviously this was more in reference to Maverick's elements. At this point, me really thinks "Ride Sally Ride" could be misleading, and the name could be snake/serphent oriented with some themeing that hints to King Cobra, potentially since all the clues EXCEPT for Ride Sally could point to such a name/theme....

Not sure if you'll see this, Terpy, and this really isn't on-topic at all either, BUT....so why does SFA's inverted boomerang Two Face: Flip-Side run so poorly compared to KI's?? Oh...I guess I should say "ran" so poorly seeing how it's been SBNO since last season and rumored to be removed at the end of this season!! It (Invertigo) is definitely one of my fav rides at KI!! (well, until next year! )

But do you have decent equipment and software to pull off a decent recording?? A lot of podcasts I've heard are crappy quality that make them hard to listen to... As for the C-Buzz podcasts, I am actually a fan (Terpy, don't hate me!! ), but my biggest problem with them is that sometimes their approach is a little blase...i.e. claiming not a lot of news during certain weeks, when actually, there's tons of news!! Also, a lot of times on a news story they'll just skimp past on really talking about anything indepthly, where there could be a lot more commentary if they so desired. But they do talk a lot about the business/legal implications of things going on in the industry, which interests me as a business/legal professional, and the host seems to intimate that he has industry contacts, which he'll reference from time to time, which is also interesting for someone who is NOT an insider, like, indeed, many even on this site are!
