You might be a KI addict if you...

I've noticed lately that anytime I smell hot pavement, or especially greasy food and hot pavement at the same time, it puts me right at KI (before long, it's going to have to be hot pavers, though!).

The dentist tilts your chair back and you think you're on Firehawk.

If you are in Mason for your wife's birthday dinner and all you can think about is how close you are to KI. Me right now :/

If you've ever tried to do impressions of classic ride voice recordings, you might be a Kings Island addict. Don't even try to tell me you haven't tried "now youuu will paaaay".

Well there goes that plan but I guess ill hope this saturdays in the 40s and cloudy as to scare everyone else away

Hows this you might be a PKI addict if your favorite memory is riding The Vortex with your dad 10 times in a row (without even leaving your seat) in the rain and getting pelted in the face by rain the whole time. Unfortunatly the old man only made it about 6 times but still had fun thats what PKI is all about memories with your family that last a lifetime.

You might be a Kings Island addict if you dream about having The Beast in my back yard and The Vortex in the front yard.

You might be addicted to KI if you have a KI themed tattoo (I dont but does anytone here have one)

I have a friend who has the Cedar Point logo tattooed on the small of her back, in Hydra neon green. Does that count? I am sure getting it was not fun, and I doubt she is the only.

I have Vortex tattooed in black on my arm, and will have more in the next month or two added to it

You might be a KI addict if you constantly hope the park will be empty so you can get your DB ride count up. :D

You might be a KI addict if you talk about it so much your friends and family are sick or hearing you talk about it and roll their eyes when you even mention Kings Island. (this is def applies to me) lol

You might be a ki addict if you just spent three hours reading about things that make other peoples ki addictions!

I am seriously having some KI withdrawal. I get so excited during the off season when I think of my first visit to the park, even after all these years.

I know this is old. But you might be an addict if you drove from indianapolis to Kings Island 24 times in one season.

I chatted with a dude at the Deerfield Wendy's who'd driven from Indy to visit Kings Island once last summer... zat you?

You know you're a KI addict if you have interventions with your family about your addiction.

(not that that happens to me or anything....) ;)

You might be a KI addict if you dream about riding Viking Fury, which I did a couple of nights ago.

...check the webcams during the off-season, including Christmas Day, just to see what Kings Island looks like on Christmas Day!

The air conditioner in my orchestra room sounds like Firehawk going up the chain lift... i zone out and think about ki every time i hear it :D

Really? So you can hear the AC unit from a mile away?

Might want to get that checked out.

You might be a KI addict if you have the web cams booked marked and they are a part of the websites you check every morning.

You might be a PKI addict if... You are home on a Saturday night, posting on KIC, instead of being out with your friends!!

P.S. I can do that because I am Married and old. LOL

I was recently on I-75/I-71 northbound in KY just before the cut in the hill. There are the overhead signs that say steep grade ahead, with lights on left and right sides that alternate up and down...when I saw them it made me think of the ending on Adventure Express.

My four year old might have me topped as an addict.I just mention no KI pass when she acts up,and she turns into an angel quick! She also has her own KI song she sings every now and then when she wakes up.We just listen outside her door laughing, its so cute.

Similar story... there was the stretch of curvy road I was on (I'm not sure it still exists) that reminds me of Adventure Express :) (it curves a bit up to the left and then takes a semi-steep right turn).

You might be a KI addict if you are driving up I71 and you see what you assume to be rollercoaster parts and pieces on every flatbed truck.

You might be a KI addict if you worry more about KI than you do you college studies (like I have been doing leading up to the announcement).
