YoungStud, I had a similar fear early on but now knowing that the ride is going to reach top speed later in the ride It could be B&M's step in a better direction for the more forceful rides it used to make.I had the same, but look at the size of the elements. The bigger the elements the less force. Look at how large the batwing is compared to montu's.But look how fast you fly through all the inversions. That should make up for how large the inversions are.

Could just be the day you went, but the people I talk to say Maverick is their favorite ride.

1. Tomb Raider was a Paramount installation and Cedar Fair had nothing to do with how it was kept up until 2007.2. Diamondback never had a promised--or even suggested--theme. Banshee does. 3. Everything you just said was under Dick Kinzel, Bland Rides Extraordinaire. Cedar Fair is under new management and we have yet to see what he can truly do. 4. Trees can be planted around rides in case you didn't know.

That doesn't look like a fountain to me. It looks to be a hemisphere with the Banshee logo surrounded by rocks.

I understand your frustration, Troy. However, to be fair, Kings Island did take most of those records tonight. IIRC, we will tie for most inversions, fastest B&M invert, and longest invert.

It was darker, there was fog, and it was somehow even more awesome than during the daytime. That's what I thought, but why limit the fog to the night time? I'm unsure if this ride will actually have theming along the course or if everything was added in the rendering to further glorify the ride.
