I've never ridden a ride at KI that i didn't like. But here's a top ten list in the order i like them: Delirium Drop Zone Diamondback Beast Vortex Sling Shot Invertigo Flight Deck Firehawk Red Racer Any and all rides on this list are ridden in the back. (Especially Drop Zone)

If its a wing rider, then pterodactyl would make perfect sense considering that creature has wings, while a Banshee doesn't really have any defining winglike characteristics (i don't think).

i always loved the whole beast-Son of Beast-beastie relationship between coasters. i used to have a ride i built on rct3 called biscuit and another one i built called son of a biscuit

I really hate to say this but I think Flight Deck is the dumbest name a ride could ever possibly be given. I probably wouldn't think it was that bad if Top Gun hadn't been such a perfect name for the ride before. I would probably call it something cooler if I could like "Take-off". But even that sounds lame. If I had a choice to name it without any copyright restrictions, I'd name it Top Gun again.

Honestly, i have to agree with HTC when it comes to the color red. It seems like we have too much of it in the park. I would like a purple track and black supports or bright blue supports and dark blue track (although i doubt they would do blue again because of leviathan).

B&M, steel, sit down, no. I don't have the kind of money to travel all the way to CW. Let's get a cooler leviathan here.

Hello people of the interwebs, I just checked out the KI website and discovered that the webcams are currently back up. All of them except the WindSeeker cam that is. And there also is no new webcams for the mystery construction. This doesn't really surprise me as they probably won't place a new webcam until they announce what they are building. But what I'm curious about is why the WindSeeker cam is down. Is the construction area viewable from that camera? Will construction stretch into the view of that camera eventually, and that's why they haven't put the camera back up yet? I don't know. What do you think? The Anticipation of this new "thing" is killing me, DBI

^Dang, I was gonna do a logo... But that looks pretty cool SOB! But what we aren't considering is the fact that this isn't Kings Island trademarking this name, it's Cedar Fair. Which means that this name could be for any of the other parks as well (whether its a coaster or not). Does anyone know if there is ongoing construction in any of the other Cedar Fair parks at the moment?

But take into the account that there was not a massive clearing of land involved with Dinosaurs Alive (and correct me if i'm wrong) that it was announced in the middle of winter, not summer like Diamondback. At this point in time I would be very surprised if they were not in the process of building a roller coaster as they haven't added a new one in 4 years. Kings Island's previous longest amount of time without adding a new coaster is 5 years (1972-1977 The Demon). Which would also be the amount of time between Diamondback and "Banshee" (2009-2014). So I'm going to say that the chances are pretty high that this one's a roller coaster (or at least i think so). But, coaster or no coaster, I'm just excited about the anticipation of this "new thing". DBI

Thats a great diagram. That looks spot on. But dont you think it would make more sense to flip where the station and the train house thing would be. Just so its easier to get in line and stuff.Maybe (hopefully) they're finally getting rid of Slingshot. But Slingshot is fun.

Is WindSeeker open during fireworks? I feel like that would be a cool view from up there.

Okay SOB, I kind of see where you're coming from if you do something like this: But even so The Crypt is right, and getting rid of a bunch more trees would make the park look kinda dumpy. Also... Who told you this?

So in other words, build the new coaster on top of Great Wolf Lodge on land the park doesn't own.Good idea. So you're telling me that Great Wolf Lodge owns all this land circled here? Hmmm, I thought KI owned that.... It takes some serious motivation to get me all the way through Flight Deck's queue line, why in the world would they even consider putting rides further away from the main entrance of the park than Flight Deck?
