Bee's at Planet Snoopy
Homestarr, I had forgotten that movie until you brought up Cage's fear of bees. Now I'll always imagine you tramping about in giant bear paw slippers. "Ohhhhh Noooooooo! Beeeeeeees,"

Need more information on two rides
I'm 5'2" 100 pounds, as is my nieice, who loves Firehawk. Though I felt the need to be in control, and held myself up by the 'handlebars' as we were flipped upside down, My niece likes to put her arms out like Superman. The restraints only seem as if you are not secure, like Invertigo, but after trying my niece's Superman style, just to see, I can say you are in there for the duration. If anything, holding yourself to the back of the seat as I did only freaks you out more, due to the space between you and the restraints. As Terpy said, there are some odd flips, and since my natural tendency is to look towards where I'm headed, it can jerk your neck a bit. I guess I can just reccomend bring Zen Superman.

New Season Pass Loyalty Program Tidbits
"only for KI passes" makes me wonder if this is another test like FastPass.

Upgraded Food Options
That's the actual sandwich you were served? It really looks good.

Bee's at Planet Snoopy
I know from serving Margarita's outdoors that one drop of bleach to a gallon of water disperses bees, but I wouldn't know how to regularly maintain something as out of the way as a boo blaster wall or a lift hill.

New Season Pass Loyalty Program Tidbits
wowsers. A Beast Tour? After so many years of being told that Season Pass Holders don't bring in the money, this program is a nice way of rewarding brand loyalty.

Frontier Worlds Done In By Kings Island
Seems also in part to Fess Parker's surly personality. Snowman, I love the movie "Dead Man". Robert Mitchum talking to that bear killed me.

Dumbest Ride?
This thing: The fact is that he didn't even bother to name it. Hands down the wooden shoes that used to be a KI. I had a fear of them breaking loose, and my dying in one. At 12, the worst thing you could think of was dying in a huge fiberglass replica of passé footwear.

Frontier Worlds Done In By Kings Island
Foo! They shouldn't lay the blame on KI. It looks like there were buckets of other factors in play as to why Frontier Worlds didn't come into fruition. Besides, a description of the park sounds too much like a walking tour through a James Jarmusch movie.

Upgraded Food Options
I love Cranberry juice and Coke. I'm really surprised that someone else does that. Expecially great in the summer. I was thinking about what I packed in my cooler during high school/college when I went to the park on a budget. This is a singular want, but what about offering chilled Hershey chocolate bars to go with the fruit and sandwiches? That way, you get the short sugar burst of the chocolate, and the longer term sugars of the fruit.

Kings Island traditions
In this order, Racers, AE, Stuntcar, FOF, Beast, DB. No Vortex. Then we'll break for a nosh. NO nosh before DB. Then we go wherever. To go to KI without The Beast is also a waste to me. Invertigo is the last ride of the night. After that, maybe The Beast again, if it's not too crowded. Ride operators want to get home, too.

What`s next for Son of Beast?
No. They do not haunt the area. They lounge about in old chairs and admire the collections of items they've obviously purloined and artistically arranged on the wall.

Soak City Construction Continues
I'd like that, too. I quit the Beach when they made the Pearl all ages. You don't want a warm water attraction and little kids in the same place.

Thank you Ouimet!
I don't know about a season pass this year, but I definitely want to make it to ride The Beast, now that I've heard I won't have to risk a rib or two. Sounds like some great changes that I'd like to see. I'll have to plan a weekday getaway. I think the menu changes will really pay off in the long run, with more people eating in the park. Some days it's just too hot for pizza and dogs.

What is your Backlot Stunt Coaster Expirience?
I always enjoy it, though I miss the car's details a bit. From what I remember, the restraints are like Flight of Fear, which can slam in on a small person like it's an empty seat. Ouch to pinched nerves. It's a fun little quick thing like Adventure Express without the sewie smell, I always ride it when I'm there.

Ride The Beast SOON!
Now, if it rides smoothly, I'll have to gauge my reactions to the turns. It'll be a completely different ride for me. Thanks for the report, I'm glad you had a good time.

Smoking Areas
Gordon B - you're the model and I applaud you and those like you. Your rights end where mine begin, and we can peacefully co-exist if we both respect that. It's not about the 2nd-hand effect for me, it just stinks and I like the smells of the park and outdoors. There are always those who can't follow the rules just because they exist ie do the right thing even though nobody's looking, I guess I do wish there were a penalty enforced. My vice is beer and it wasn't all that long ago that we had to stay on the patio if we wanted to have a beer. I didn't like it, but I complied because I figured they could always do away with beer (again). I was thrilled when we were able to walk around the park with a beer. (so were my sons) Just a few more days... :-) Also, walking through the park with hot embers in your hand, you can burn a kid. I got vaccinated once by a smoker standing by me when I was eight.

Metal Detectors
They were special, probably more expensive than the liquor inside them, mylar baggies that were designed to slide down the sides of boots. Looking at them, I was wondering how long it would take for the natural movement of leather on socked skin to burst the seams and sop one's feet in Wild Rose.

Metal Detectors
The metal detectors never bothered me, and I have metal plates. The only thing that ever bothered me, security-wise, is during Halloween Haunt, an officer came over to the officer that was looking at my outed stuff, and tossed two baggies of hootch on the table, making it look as if it were mine.

Smoking Areas
I don't think RTGirl wants to lecture people about not smokiing. I think, like me, she would appreciate us using the designated areas used for smoking. These areas are like, every fifty feet, and usually located in a nice area. To get a cup of fries, drinks and sitting in the smoking area makes for a great break.

What are your plans for the 2012 Season?
That's the way to go! That'll be a great honeymoon!

Kings Island View Master Reels
My brother has that set from when they were originally sold. I do believe they were sold in a gift shop on International. He's collected them from when he was like.. eight?

Ryan & Ronny's Nice Sit Down Restaurant: The Show to Debut
I like the episode "502 Bad Gateway" pretty much.

What`s next for Son of Beast?
Sorry. Word tangle. Browntggr made reference to both the Cobra and the Top Flight accidents. Those were the incidents I was referring to as making the news.

What`s next for Son of Beast?
And both made the news. The way The Bat was constructed, like Top Gun, you are surrounded completely by the ride and have a lot of leeway if one car collided with another. I think it is a misconstruction of facts, too, even though the priest told me his story before Top Gun was in existence. Even if he did see the car smashed, it could have been done when it was transported from storage.
