The positive and negative G's that you encounter on a roller coaster is far less then fighter pilots. When they go thru positive g's not only are you heavier but your blood starts to head south so they tighten their stomachs to hold that blood lose from leaving your head. With out doing this you'll lose blood to your head causing tunnal visor or even black outs.
  2. The seat configuation makes it feel like a floorless but you'll have to ride a floorless to see the difference.

I had the chance to ride during the photo shoot, 8 times we had to dress like it was summertime so it was cold, can't wait to ride it again.
  4. After reading this last night I had a dream that I was working maint. on it again and that they didn't use the braking until they homed it for load and unloading. When I get the chance to go this summer I'm going to ride it just to see just how it operates now.
  5. During the 2002-2003 seasons I was a maint. tech and the Crypt was one of the rides I used to inspect. The ride really lost its point once the took out the theming. I always wanted a nice compact coaster in there, it would be nice to have a Gerstlauer Amusement Rides GmbH / Euro-Fighter like the one at Dollywood. They can keep the same name and q-line, top spins are just not fun inside.
  6. I forgot my second favorite shirt Voyage
  7. When I was a Ride Mechanic I had the chance to ride SOB by myself with a train full of water dummies, cold March morning and yes they do leak. I hope I can make it next time.
  8. I have alot to choose from, my oldest is the Dunn and Summers Curve wood coaster shirt. An old Chang shirt with a dragon holding the track from SFKK, TTD shirt with a dragster going thru the shirt, an old FOF shirt with the goverment logo, 2009 year of the wood coaster FireBall shirt from Gravity Group and my favorite is my Beast 25th shirt which looks like a comic book cover.
  9. I can't wait for a night ride and to ride front seat. I have had the opportunity to ride it 8 times and I'm still wanting more!
  10. Finally something right up my ally.
  11. Being a maintenance tech for two years at Kings Island they were mostlikely just soaking in all the excitment. I'm sure DB looks really cool around that area of the ride.

  22. I have the awsome pleasure to be working at GWL, so I can come and go as I please. The best time to visit is during the week since we mostly have small families with younger kids. Plus CoCo doesn't have a hydromagnitic water coaster and GWL is about twice as big with more water slides.
  23. I would have to get married out in the woods around White Water Canyon since that is the ride that I meet my wife when she was a ride operator and that was one of the rides I did maint. on back during the 2003 season. 24. Hello everyone, I have a quick question, its been so long since I have been on-line. I'm the Water Park Facility Manager over at Great Wolf Lodge and yesterday I was stopped by a member of ACE wondering about a ki walk back, he heard it from a friend that it was sometime in the next two weeks. I myself havent heard about it since I am so busy over here and I did not see any info about a future pre-opening walk back this year. If there is when is it or was he just misinformed. Thanks Gary Bryant Water Park Facility Manager Great of Lodge at Kings Island
