I agree with Corey Butcher. Even though I love the gossiping and such, it really sets this site above many others. I applaud you for this very much. *Claps* So, if they have "confirmed" sources do they just have to confirm it to the mods, or post it for all to see? Also, does this effect things such as pictures taken inside the park during the off season?

Ahhh...the joys of Penn Station. Great Sandwiches, but a little on the pricey side. Oh well, worth it. Geno's is also a great bet.

While at SFGAm, when we rode Raging Bull 10 times in a single day, my friend did something similar to this a couple times. Although, he stopped when we heard the penny clanking back through the rest of the train in a violent manner.

How come the Nickelodeon Party gets three representatives, and the Hanna-Barbera party only gets one?

I never have, but from hearing what you guys say, I wouldn't mine visiting it in the near future. I know my mother has, and my grandparents did, and even my great grandparents. I heard a story about the Shooting Star and my great-grandma (She is alive and well in her mid 80's). She was leary about riding it, and then saw a couple of older elderly women getting off of the ride, and laughing and carrying on about how fun it was. Well, needless to say, after her experience on the ride, they left the park if memory serves me correctly.

Great park, I was there two years ago. I might get to go back this year, pending on the location of our band trip.

I know I'm probably a little different from the normal guest. When I look at something like the map, I'd like something similar to a blueprint. I know that's weird, but it's just me.

I just don't like how the goofy drawings are unrealistic and disproportional. I don't mind a little cartoon as long as it is in the realm of reason and possibitlity. But when they take a ride and make it like gigantic compared to everything else, with little people on it, it bothers me. So I like that kind of map better (refering to the old kind)

Maybe I over read this somehwere, but what is HO scale?

This was my favorite pic of a ride that I took this year. The picture is the supports of The Beast, from the top of the second lift, into the turn there. I just thought some of the angles with the wood were interesting. However, this is the best picture, IMO, that I took this year. It's some building in Atlanta, but we were parked near Hard Rock Cafe on our band trip, and I leaned against the window and snapped it.

How long is the monorail track that you have?

You also mentioned working for US Steel right? Is that the US Steel symbol on the hockey ice? (sorry for the double post)

Gordon Bombay, you do urban exploring right? I must agree that I would love to visit abandoned places such as those. I'm glad you posted the pictures, they are really fascinating.

I stayed in the hotel that was to become Castaway Bay while they were building the water park, so I haven't seen it firsthand, but more or less a preview of what was to come. Hmm...I kinda just realized this post is going nowhere, and has no point. I'll try to make one. Maybe Cedar Fair just tried to jump on the bandwagon and reap profits, but has met up with competition they didn't expect? I don't know.

Okay, So I wasn't the only one who noticed this. Anybody have input as to why it was like this?
