Casts At CP
So me and two of my friends will be heading to the Point tomorrow through Tuesday and I have read their ride policies for people with casts but I was wondering if anyone had any first hand experience with a cast and attempting to ride all the rides. His cast does not extend past his elbow and barely goes half way up his forearm so I was wondering how this would work out on a majority of the rides. Any help would be appreciated.

What to expect from cedar points crowds the next 2 days?
Speak of the devil, I will be there Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. Tomorrow we are just going to catch about 2 hours of the park but we will be staying the full two days at the park on Monday and Tuesday.

August Announcement?
With the addition of a Screaming Swing we would now almost be mirror images with Cedar Point in terms of thrill rides, MaXair-Delirium, WindSeeker's, both have drop rides, and then we would both have screaming swings. Just doesn't sound logical to me.

The Beast may lose world's longest?
"It's still the longest to me da**it!"

The Beast is rough
That same rough seat I was sitting in, if you sit in the middle of the car off of the wheel it gives the smoothest ride I have ever had on that coaster. Au contraire.

The Beast is rough
The other day I sit in the roughest seat I have ever had on The Beast, I cannot recall what the exact row and seat number were but I do know that is almost dead middle of the train. It is in the section where the yellow arrows are painted on the floor that tell you to angle right into your seat. If you sit in the back row of that car it beats the crap out of you. I have now become accustomed to riding in that seat every time I ride, I think that is what makes The Beast fun.

Rare SOB and Beast items on Ebay
Those VHS/DVD's caught my eye. The Roller Coaster Thrills series is a must own for any coaster enthusiast, I have the very first one but can never find the second one. I actually might make a bid on that one.

How many times have you ridden Windseeker?!?!
Rode it once as it opened at 1 yesterday, we were the first cycle of the day. Really do not think I will ride it much more than that, the wait seemed long and the only time I will ride it is either during ERT or at night. If I ride it at night and do not ride The Beast at night it will be a miracle though.

Windseeker & Coney Mall Construction Continues
Wow, after watching that video I can understand why the high wind speeds would force this ride to close down. Thos seats do come really close to each other, and I now see why the backs of the seats say to not extend your legs.

Windseeker & Coney Mall Construction Continues
Today It was going slowly up and down the tower, but not real noticeable spinning from what I saw. When I was in line for The Beast and watching the fireworks from the station it did not appear that WindSeeker's tower was lit up like it normally is, my eyes could have also been deceiving me. I do have one question though, how come only some of the dummies have legs? Are the doing this to see how close the legs will come to a certain point or what?

Cedar Point planning
In my past experiences the longest lines are usually Maverick, Raptor, and Milly. Top Thrill usually has a fast moving line but can get long every now and then. The past couple times I went they had an employee in front of Magnums station entrance only allowing a select few people in so that made it go by quick.

Paramount's Kings Island Media Footage and 1994 Commercial Videos
Keep those videos coming, I love watching footage and looking at pictures from my favorite days of the park.

The Season so Far (Part 1)
I would give it a 7. Opening day had its hiccups but that is to be expected, and since then it has been pretty good everytime I have been to the park. I cannot wait for the summer to get in full swing.

What are your Park Plans for this Summer?
Well I have hit KI opening day, and now with my work schedule being ridiculous I probably won't get to go as much as I want too. I also plan on hitting Cedar Point a couple of times, and Holiday World. With gas being the way it is though and me living 240 miles round trip from KI, I really don't know how much park visiting I will be doing after all.

Windseeker & Coney Mall Construction Continues
Does the Diamondback webcam still alternate views or it is just a stationary view?

Kings Island: What's New?
Same here, although I did see my Raven t-shirt getting a lot of pointed looks. I wasn't sure whether to say something or not, though, since I did see a Voyage t-shirt or two there as well... Or were there just a lot of enthusiasts at the park? Or is Holiday World actually popular around Cincinnati, and I've just never noticed it before? Wearing a Coastermania hoodie got a lot of looks and even started some conversations. Wow, that was no way that was you wearing that hoodie. Did you go into the Diamondback single rider's line not too long before opening? No that was not me, I never entered the single rider lines.

Kings Island: What's New?
Me and fighting31irsh were in the front seat, both wearing our respectable MLB team hats so yeah that probably was us. I need to get to know people on here better, everytime I am at the park it seems like I never see a KIC'er.

KI Opening day 2011 PTR by Indyguy4KI
I saw you guys before we entered the park for ERT we were about 1 metal detector over but then I did not see anyone from KIC besides Gabe a couple of times for the rest of the day. Looks like you all had an experience on Racer having to walk down, sounds interesting.

How about this guy?

Evidence of Paramount Still Around?
Found a big sign last night at the park.

My very short opening day trip
First off let me say welcome to the KIC Community, glad to have you as a member. The park was very crowded yesterday indeed and I did not know Invertigo lost a wheel, first time I have ever heard of it doing that.

Kings Island: What's New?
If you are reffering to the Starlight lighting it got on the back last year, then no it is not, only the generic lights remain on the front, the back however is still lit up with the Starlight package.

The webcam really does not do this thing any justice at all, until you are looking up at it or riding by it on Racer, then you realize that it is huge. Even the ride carriage itself is giant. The lighting package at night is also very nice and looks almost like a carnival ride sometimes.
