Yeah this layout looks top-notch to me even if it is a bit short. Honestly looks like more of an Intamin layout than B&M to me. I think the brevity could help it out because the entire experience will be balls to the walls insane. I think Fury suffers from having a rather pointless last half. If we get this layout with a few minor tweaks (a bit longer first drop, larger Shambhala turnaround like you said), I think it could be the best giga and one of the best coasters in the world. We have a winner on our hands.

Ah, sorry. It does look like there are two shades of gray onsite there right? One of them is Hershey's and one of them is (presumably) ours?

I would say 5-1 or 1-1. Definitely in the first row of a car because of the added legroom. On Vortex I prefer 7-1 as the airtime on the first drop is the best in the park.

Wow if I'm reading that correctly it could even be a 350 foot drop.

We already know it's going to be a giga or very tall hyper. I also think a wing-rider is the last thing we need.

I think it will be Orion. Polaris sounds too much like Polaroid imo

I don't think Cedar Fair wants us to build something to top Fury as Cedar Point is the flagship park 3.5 hours away and will always get preferential treatment. If our giga was the best in the world it would take away from Cedar Point and also the markets are pretty similar so we wouldn't get much growth either.

Can you outline/draw this out for me? Sorry if I'm being a bit dense, but I'm having a hard time visualizing what you're talking about.

Third rate parks wouldn’t get the worst giga. They wouldn’t get one at all. KI is a first-rate park, and only first-rate parks get gigas, but it makes sense that they would get the least expensive giga because there is one 3.5 hours away at the flagship park in the chain and there is less potential for growth at KI compared to Carowinds. Yeah I think that even if it is the shortest giga it will have some new incredible elements that B&M is experimenting with. I think ours will condense all the best B&M giga elements into one package. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
