For me, it'll be Deli. I swear to god that ride is so danged fun. I always feel satisfied after I get off of it. Then The Beast afterwards.. ~S~

Job Fairs
Exactly. I don't know what I'm going to encounter when I (hopefully) transfer over to rides, but I hope it's good. Job fairs are nice, but be prepared to put on a smile and dress your best for the interview. Not like business suit nice, more like best street clothes kind of nice. Good luck all of you! ~S~

PKI In Monthly Top 10 Flats at RCPro
Top Ten Monthly Flats I don't know if any of you have seen this yet, or if it's old or whatnot, but RCPro posted a Top Ten List for best flats of the month. PKI is in it.. as long as a couple of other Paramount Parks. All I have to say is brace yourself for #1.. ~S~

pki unlimited addicts
Ah yes, old "War Stories". Nothing like having a few soft tacos and swapping old stories about wacky experiences from back in the day. Good times.. good times.. As for checking this site, I look every once in a great while it seems. It's been college that has most of my focus as of recent. PKI might come back in the picture.. who knows... ~S~

Old Factory Behind the Park
That's some pretty crazy stuff. The hauntings are pretty creepy once you think about it. You'd never catch me in that area, I don't want to get arrested. ~S~

What Happend to pkiguide
Yeah, the only thing that I really liked from that site was the winter PKI pictures. Seeing The Beast during the winter was quite interesting.. ~S~

AZ Soundtrack
Sorry dude.. that's played in Coney. I should know, I used to work there. I know they've played "Don't Stop Till You Get Enough" in AZ, which is a very early Michael Jackson song.. ~S~

10/18 Visit
Man Chef.. everytime I come to the park, I miss you! I was also there with family and freinds on the 18th. I did 2 FF attractions, ate at Bubba Gump's (eat the shrimp, you'll like it. ) and rode a few rides. Maze of Madness-4/10- To me this was really lackluster, outside of the fact of not knowing the right way and the strobes throwing all of us off. Other than that, it was people running around randomly choosing people to scare.. House of Darkness-7/10- I liked this one better. I didn't get scared all that much, but I have to give kudos for the theming and dark humor. The "Butcher" was amusing, I have to admit. Other than that, it was walking around, looking at the HUGE lines, and riding a couple rides. Flight of Fear was it's usual self, and SOB was awesome as a night ride. Although I did want to go do The Beast, but alas, the line was long. Overall it was a good night outside of fighting the crowds in Coney. ~S~

How many years have you had your Season Pass?
My family has had Season passses since '01, which is when I started working there. It's been that way ever since. 01-03- Associate. ~S~

I enjoyed SoB today
IMO SOB is all about where you sit, as with any other coaster. In Sonnie's case, the farther back you are, the smoother the ride. Most of the time I've rode in the middle-front seats, and found it quite rough. I then tried the back seats, which ironically is much smoother. I haven't got to ride it in cold weather yet, so I can't make the "Smoother in cold weather" call. ~S~

The new version of this site rocks!
I also give kudos to Aaron, he did a heck of a job on this site. To be perfectly honest with you, it was worth the wait. ~S~

Photo Documentary of PKI
I'd say go for it. As for what you'll take, do a mixture of both. That way there is a nice balance of pictures. BTS-Guest Area.. You get the idea. ~S~

9-28-03: The anneversary visit
Well I might as well explain myself when I say the anneversary trip. 1 year ago yesterday my girlfriend and I started going out. I figured we could celebrate by taking a trip to PKI, considering that I still had some associate tickets that I had left over from when I worked there. So there's my explanation. We start out heading to the Coney Arcade and played a game of DDR. For the DDR players that come to PKI, they have this thing where you can play doubles or VS for free. I thought I should point that out for those that are interested. I end up losing my breath almost totally doing Paranoia Survivor on Standard. Afterwards, we hit up Recar in the rain for some hefty airtime. Gotta love those bunny hills. Then we hit Delerium. We were taking turns picking rides out, and she happened to pick Delerium. She enjoyed it the last time we were there and I was suprised to see that she chose it before I did. As always, it delivered the fun experience that it always does. And for added effect, we held hands through the whole thing (Awwwwww). I don't normally do that on a ride, but I end up doing that for an ORP for a later ride. I was totally unaware that day was a BAFFD, so lines were kind of long, but tolerable. One thing that suprised me was that Top Gun actually had a line.. but a fast one though. For some weird reason, it felt faster than usual. We hit up Coney again for some more DDR... fun stuff. From this point on, it's almost a romantic period, and slight thrills to boot. We ride Vortex, and held hands through that one as well. If anyone wants a challenge for that ride, try holding hands, then raising them in the ORP area. Quite the challenge for the both of us. Plus the ORP was so good, we bought it. Nothing like seeing her pearly smile.. lol. Anyone who says the train isn't romantic is crazy. On a cold day like yesterday, it was the perfect excuse to cuddle up and enjoy the scenery. Which is exactly what we did. And we liked it, a lot. (Big inside joke you wouldn't understand. ) This spot may not seem like it either, but the waterfall in the Paramount Story can be quite romantic as well. Just listening to the water fall and enjoying the foliage can pull some strings if you think about it the right way. As a parting shot, we went on the Eiffel Tower and fought the wind (plus we acted like we were fighting it.. lol), and enjoyed it. Then we end up going on the Carousel for another romantic moment. After that, it ended there. I never really noticed that anytime in the past; but if you look in the right places, PKI can be a very sentimental place. ::End Report:: ~S~

9/28 Visit
Cripes Chef! I should of been able to see you there then! I was at the park from 1:15-6:30 and I didn't see you! Grr! Oh well, no big deal. ~S~

Paramount's King's Island lost it's sign!
It did feel weird not seeing that sign coming into the park today. I was so used to seeing that thing there, then POOF, no more sign. Did anybody who was there lately notice plastic fragments in the parking lot? I did, and ended picking up some for the sake of history and cleaning up some litter.. lol. ~S~

Kings Island Dreams
I had a strange dream that involved DZ. People were loaded at the top and there were people who were in the drop area, like right under it. DZ's brakes fail and I'll leave the rest to the imagination. About that time I woke up. Weird and gruesome, but a dream nonetheless. ~S~

WinterFest Coming back?
Bringing back Winterfest would be nice. I myself have never experienced this event, and it would be quite nice if they brought it back, even for nostalgia's sake.. I'm for it. ~S~

Labor Day Visit
Chef, you should of been glad you left when you did. The lousy weather caught up with us tenfold. Rain was just dumping onto us like there was no tomorrow. By the time I left work, the park was practically empty. Oh well. To be quite honest, I kind of snuck up on the Chef. He was talking to Bodda, decked out in 2 PKI shirts (one was a sweat and the other being a tee), waiting for the ropes to drop. I kinda put two and two together, braced myself, and asked: "Are you Charles Infosino?" Sure enough, it was him. So I hung out with him up to the point of his first ride on The Beast. Then I had to leave for work. He did drop by and we talked for a bit before he left. All in all he's a pretty cool guy to hang with. If he's ever in the park, say hey. ~S~

Why don't we PKIUnlimited Folks meet at PKI soon?
OK then I have a few ideas for ya. 1) Bring a camera (digital or otherwise) 2)Find all the workers on this board (I'll be at work this weekend ) 3)Start a PKIU scrapbook! I think that would be neat for all of us to do. Just a suggestion. ~S~
