As a longtime fan, I am shocked and sad about this news. To be honest, his tour can wait. He should take some time to recooperate from the losses and start back up when he's recovered from the loss. My condolences and prayers go out to Al. ~S~

Yeah, I've seen Chappelle's Show. Yeah, I don't care that he makes fun of white people. (Even though I am white myself, I find black humor funny) But I DO care that little kids are watching it. That kind of show is not the right show for kids to watch. I do agree that it's bad parenting, but then again it's just another sign that this nation is going down a slippery slope. Bottom line is that they shouldn't be watching it in the first place. ~S~

Yep, any rides associate at PKI or any park would tell you the same thing. We won't operate the ride unless EVERYTHING is safe. It's our job, and an issue that we can never take lightly. Condolences to the family. ~S~

Ooh.. reminds me of my first SOB nightride. There was a spooky mist around the middle of the coaster, and I think I grabbed my night ride just as the fireworks went off. After I went down the lift hill, I could barely see a thing. Both coasters are an entirely different experience in the dark. To be honest, The Beast should stay totally dark for thrill factor. Who's up for starting a petition to turn the lights off? ~S~

I have to agree.. that is creative. It kind of makes you wonder what kind of "tyranny" we have about this little space on the 'net. ~S~

You should tell that to PKI_MAN. After my shift ended... I saw Jeff and PKI_MAN was with me in the park. Although I had to find him first.. The moment he saw me talking with Jeff he went apes**t. I was carrying a short conversation with him.. and he just took it over and talked to him for a good 10 minutes about anything and everything. I'm shaking my head in shame thinking "Poor Jeff". Dude.. I need a leash for that kid. I have yet to ride to any rollercoasters... although I should be able to ride soon. I'm itching to ride The Beast, and I want to make it my first rollercoaster ride of the season. Oh and Bomber.. keep using the RvT DDR machine. The one in OC has a stuck start button, and the one in the FH has a stuck coin dispenser. Oh Monduce, where art thou? ~S~

I was there as a guest last year during grad nite... Talk about crowded! Plus I heard that there were fights and things like that. Although I could be wrong. lol ~S~

Yeah... even though it was written by a well known Ohio author for children (RL Stine), it still stunk. It's been a while. ~S~

I love PKI because of its lively atmosphere, even when attendance is super low. ~S~

*Jumps for joy* Sweet! That'll be my third concert! I'm going to see him tonight at OSU-Main campus. Should be fun. I think it would kick some old-school butt if Chicago came to the Park. Heck, if Styx and REO Speedwagon can come over, so can Chicago. ~S~

If you hear "There's a woodie out in the backyard! (The car)" and instantly think that there's a small wood coaster back there.. you might be a coaster freak. If you've kept record of how many times you've ridden any coaster at any given park.. you might be a coaster freak. If your bed consits of homemade sheets with various coaster logos on them.. you might be a coaster freak. If you make a miniature version of a coaster and make sacrifices to it.. you might be a coaster freak. (Man, where did i come up with that one..? o.O) Well.. that's all i could think up. ~S~

Yeah, this is what Ohio weather does to you. One day it could be freezing cold, the next day it could be freakin 70 degrees! But in the case of construction, this is a good thing. I had to put employees first on my list. Mostly because we all kick some @$$, and the park wouldn't have the atmosphere it does without us. Coasters are second on my list. You cannot deny the greatness of our coaster lineup. ~S~

Man, that's just disturbing to think about. But if I had to pick a place, I would probably choose the Rose Bowl. Doing that in the midst of a coaster just sounds interesting. ~S~

If my memory serves me right, PKI Guide had an mp3 of the Antechamber music at one point. But as it was pointed out earlier, it's a defunct site. Oh well.. *shrug* ~S~

Give Deli a break, it's only been in the park for one season.. Give it some time and it'll gain some kind of reputation. I picked Deli for being an awesome flat ride. I would have picked The Beast as well, since it is our signature coaster. So.. yeah, that's my humble opinion. ~S~

I remember my ride on The Beast. Rougher than anything, but I liked it a little. Though the more I ride it, the more i love it. 25 years is a feat.. ~S~

My first rollercoaster ride was The Beastie.. I got my first adrenaline rush on that ride. Sickly enough I rode The Beast later that day. ~S~
