Yep. Totally agree. We pulled into the lot at 545 and I figured we’d be good to get up and scan in pretty quickly. We scanned in about 610. The new haunt (alien) is pretty decent. However, the line was HORRIBLE. There is about 3 minutes in between groups due to the pre show, rules, etc. We were 2 1/2 queues back in the line and it took an hour. Also agree about the PG-13-ness of the atmosphere. I mean, when you have a family with a dad carrying a 1 year old through a haunted attraction, that says it all.

Didn't want to start the 2023 Winterfest thread just for this, but prices for the Igloo's this year are (based on the night) $225, $285, or, wait for it...$325. On a positive not, hot chocolate refills are back down to $1 for additional nights.

Correct. Private event until 7, and then the park opens to the public for Haunt at 7. I would definitely 100% postpone.

I had the bowl. I did notice the excess liquid, but without the tortilla it was fine. I actually enjoyed it quite a bit. It was super tender. If you enjoy pot roast, you should enjoy this. Portion wise, they really dug the scoop in and get me a heaping scoop. Very pleased with the portion.

Anyone had the steak recently at Enrique’s? Had it last night and it is definitely a different cut of meat. Now, don’t get me wrong, it was very good. Had a pot roast taste, like it was chuck roast. Guessing it’s a cheaper cut than what they were using before. On another note, they must have been out of the smaller bowls as they were using the large round bowls.

It was actually at Timberwolf last weekend (Saturday at least) during Spirit Song. Serving Mexican fare. Unfortunately, not on the dining plan.

Went over to Soak City to get lunch today. The lounge isn’t too bad. They actually have some nice tables at the couches. Usual chips and water. 2 coolers there today, both plain.

Rode Cargo Loco today. Fun time. The only negative I have is the lack of shade. That line and ride are going to be absolutely brutal this summer.

Agreed. The worst offenders are typically the encouraging parents. The worst example I can think of is the giant troll at Haunt/Winterfest. Every time I walk by there are parents having their kids climb over the fence to stand by the troll and have pictures taken.
