August 10, 201313 yr When you work a 14 hour shift at Busch Gardens and then come home to catch up on KIC for three hours. I have to drive back to Ohio tomorrow, too.
August 11, 201313 yr If you are in Mason for your wife's birthday dinner and all you can think about is how close you are to KI. Me right now :/
August 12, 201313 yr When you're bored you just imagine yourself on a rollercoaster mocking the movements and everything.. Then you're friends look at you like a loser..
August 12, 201313 yr I don't know how many can relate to this, but you drive a truck ball joint out with one blow and think the bell should have rung.
August 12, 201313 yr If you read this topic backwards and suddenly take notice your reading comments from 2005, you might be an addict.
August 12, 201313 yr You might be a KI addict if you go to the restroom at a baseball game and wish you had a Fastlane pass.
August 12, 201313 yr If you've ever tried to do impressions of classic ride voice recordings, you might be a Kings Island addict. Don't even try to tell me you haven't tried "now youuu will paaaay".
August 12, 201313 yr You look forward to having a Gold Pass next year so you can get most of your Banshee riding done during ERT. You find yourself inadvertently yelling at guests to walk even though you don't work there. You know that the quickest route from I-Street to Coney does not involve going through Oktoberfest (hint: path to the right of Scrambler)

August 12, 201313 yr You pick up paper and trash in parks, even though that hasn't been your job in more than 35 years.
August 12, 201313 yr When you live right next to the Mason-Montgomery Kroger, but go out of your way to the Kings Mills Kroger just to take in the views of the park (Tylersville approach or 741 approach, depending on the mood).
August 12, 201313 yr If you are volunteering at a festival, see someone smoking in the midway and almost walk up to them and tell them that they can't smoke there. If you are half asleep thinking about dispatching a train and you put your thumb up and say "clear!"
August 12, 201313 yr When you check to see if your car door is locked when you are walking away from your car( if you are with another KI addict) you say "and that all clear means you're outta here" hahaha
August 12, 201313 yr You know you are a KI addict when people automatically come to you to ask where restrooms are, were to buy food or souveniers and where rides are located.....(true story)
August 12, 201313 yr I've done the all clear you're outta here thing before.... A few times.. Not for locking the car, but when I'm buckling in my seatbelt.
August 12, 201313 yr You pick up paper and trash in parks, even though that hasn't been your job in more than 35 years. Surely there are better keepsakes you could find at KI other than that Terpy. Might I suggest the many great shops on International Street, or try your luck at winning a prize at one of the midway games in Coney Mall.
August 14, 201313 yr When you have people you haven't talked to or seen since 8th grade text you randomly saying "Hey I'm going to Cedar Point (or KI) tomorrow, what advice do you have for me?" This has happened to me three times this year with three people I didn't even know they knew I existed!
August 15, 201313 yr You might be a KI addict if you automatically assumed that the new Son of Baconator would be bigger than the regular Baconator.
August 15, 201313 yr You might be a KI addict if you automatically assumed that the new Son of Baconator would be bigger than the regular Baconator. Calling SonofBaconator...
August 15, 201313 yr .. If you pretend your hand is a train on a roller coaster as if it were a trackless roller coaster going through loops and hills from the height, that you can possibly reach up, to the bottom of the floor.
August 15, 201313 yr You are still disappointed that you didn't get to ride everything even though you're visiting the park about once a week and have a gold pass.
