The short playlist is not a rights issue at all. KI could just put Freebird on repeat or have a 50,000 song rotation and their ASCAP/BMI invoices wouldn’t change.  This is about their goal for their targeted guests to hear their favorite hits.

      The music throughout the park is absolutely horrible.    They must be trying to save ASCAP fees or something. The only place that has a great track is Area72. The Kids Bop in Snoopyland -
