It's a partnership. With a limited entity and a master entity.

NO ONE owns ANY stock in Cedar Fair.

There is NO SUCH THING.

And it really doesn't matter what incorrect thing someone found by Googling.

^^^ I have heard that the action theater is being gutted, so those tarps might be covering something from that. It's possible that after all is said and done we see the P. VS. Z. attraction or ME attraction go in there, I have heard those have been well received.

And just for the record, the FAQs at the Cedar Fair page you linked to include the question: "Did Cedar Fair have a stock split?"  Get that...a STOCK split. They used the word "STOCK".  The answer to the question?  Perhaps you'd like to look it up to see for yourself.

 

And I suppose all the sites listed in the search results of these various search engines are just somehow incorrect.    Astonishing.

Wow ummm in 30 years of life, 20 or so years of riding The Beast I never once realized how close it is to The Racer and Action Theater.... No wonder there isn't much room to expand behind the theater, there is a coaster in the way...

^^ While a friend and i were attending school near the school, he roomed for a while in one of the buildings in that cul de sac, and you could see the first lift hill from The Beast in the fall. Other things included occasional screams from the woods and being woke up at ten every night from fireworks.
