Has Ridership Increased on "The Bat" After This Year's Makeover?

Featured Replies

Well there is no where to walk under the station any more near The Bat. I feel a floor less would be neat but would the general pop feel it's significantly different from Banshee? However swinging out far with a floor less would be fun. Maybe add 1 floor less train and keep one "normal"?

agreed; but the platforms were there before.

Hey Terp I never said it was ideal just thinking in what ifs....

Realistically I love the way it rides as it is. I feel like I'm safe but slightly out of control.... The train is nice the way it is

The Bat gave almost 800,000 rides in 2013.

The Bat didn't exist in 2013.

The line for The Bat has been consistently longer -- at least from my perspective -- this year than in recent, "Flight Deck" years. I love the orange track color scheme, which stands out and looks somehow "faster" than the old gray one.

I agree with all of this.

This is one of the best paint schemes I've seen. I love the color combo and everything about it. I'm so over red and yellow coasters.

It was about time we got some more orange. Now if only we could get some green.... :)
