Interestingly PKI has a float or something in the Reds Opening Day Parade today. I'll be marching in the parade myself, so hopefully I'll get to see it.

They have had it for awhile now. Filled with cartoon dress up people and such. I think they might also take the loop from SOB and put it on the float as well!

I wont be IN the parade, but I will be watching it! Also get a spot right next to the fountain.

that is really neat. Must be cool to see a float from an Amusement Park at a baseball game, make sure to tell us if anything cool happened.

Ok, just got back from Parade/Opening day game. The KI float SUCKED! Was hoping they would have the new Oddparents toons up there but instead had some Thornberrys and the newer Little Bill. Here are some pics:

I Think I would be happy with whomever i could get to be on a float, somtimes getting the Oddparents is bit tough. Bill is just as cool though.

No it wasn't Kings Islands actual fire truck. They need to keep that at the park at all times. It was the Fire & Saftey Pickup truck.

Actually that was the real fire truck from PKI. See as how the park wasn't open on Monday, it wasn't as necessary to keep it at the park in case of an emergency since the chances of a fire are greatly reduced when nothing is open and operating.

Yeah i guess it is the actual fire engine, just looked the the service truck ast first.

Not really. The fire truck is old and square. The pick-up is a newer ford (I believe) and rounded.
