Just wondering what schools are off on Friday April 18th to decide if I want to go or not.

Lakota is out.

Stebbins High School is OUT! here in Dayotn!!!!

Northridge is out.

But I have a track meet at Stebbins.

EDIT: It's Saterday! I might go to PKI.

any reason why schools would be out? Holiday of some sort? And what time is KI open that day?

It is Good Friday. Most Catholic private and some public schools will take the day off.

Ummmm... Good Friday. I think all schools are out. I would be shocked if any are in.

Well I'm not a big religious person and our school is always out for Spring Break, so I figured I'd ask.

Highlands in KY is in because we are making up two flu days, one on Good Friday and one after the seniors graduate.

The park is open 10AM-8PM and is a Bring a Friend Free day.

I'm pretty sure almost all schools are out on Good Friday, hence the reason the park is open all day rather than just 5-10. Having said that, I still don't think it will be too terribly packed, maybe 10-15,000 total with around 6,000 in the park at any given point. Which was about the same attendance as Saturday and Sunday, if you were there to compare.

Side note, if anyone is coming, I'll be working so let me know if you wanna say hey.

Um its suppose to rain friday i wonder if i can use that in my advantage...ya see i can go early i graduated from high school last year do any of you think it will be crowed early morning friday?

Sycamore is out, even though we aren't catholic, we call it "spring vacation"

Most every school is out for Good Friday peoples, unless they have massive snow days to make up. LOL, Sycamore calls it "Spring Vacation Day". I always find that somewhat funny.

NCC is out..... I wonder who goes there?

EC is out. Although we should have been out today. Dang that snow....

Elder is out too. All Catholic private schools are out on Friday since it is a Catholic holiday. Also all Cincinnati public schools are off of school this whole week because of spring break.

Where Do you get the idea thats its a Catholic hoilday? i think its a Christian hoilday too!

Centerville is not out. However, I do not like the fact that it is not, and I am a devoted Christian, so I will be taking the day off. BUT , you will not find me at PKI during good friday. I don't think anyone should have to work that day or Sunday for that matter. I will be at the park Saturday, all day.

.....and yes there are HUGE differences in the Catholic and Christian religions.

Catholicism is a branch of Christianity. Christianity is simply the belief that Christ was crucified, and ressurected. Nothing more, nothing less.

So for a simple answer... DON'T GO! lol. Not only is it a bring a friend free day, but all the schools are out.
