1) it's from the parking lot at dusk with a cell phone camera, you can barely see anything

It's not moving slow, the webcam isn't refreshing at all. It keeps freezing.

The time is now 2:33 PM and the webcam is frozen at 2:26 PM.

Can't post till i get to a computer. It just went for the 7th time

Everyone close the webcam on your computer except me. That should unfreeze the webcam then I will upload pics
