My first visit this year to Kings Island was Friday, July 3rd. I just wanted to take a quick moment to tell the people that work the rides thank you for making it a great trip. The longest line for DB was 45 minutes. I got 3 rides in and it was great! The Beast, Vortex and others were moving along quickly as well. I really thought it would be a long day with a huge crowd but we rode everything we wanted 2+ times and had the time of our lives. This was our 13th anniversary so THANK YOU for making it one of the best! Andrea

I am planning my first trip of this season for next Friday, May 1st. I'm just curious as to how the crowds are on Fridays. I know they have to be somewhat better than Saturdays. I would just like to get rides in on my favorites and DB as I'm coming in from Lexington. Any employees or regular KICentral's opinions, advice etc would be so appreciated. Thanks in advance guys! Railrider - I LOVE your idea. That would make me want to ride it. I'll admit - I've avoided it on the last couple of trips I've taken to KI. I just don't feel it's worth the wait. If I can walk on, I'll ride but that hasn't happened yet. You should submit this idea to KI. I think you really have something there!

My sister and I are coming on the 1st of May - it's a Friday, do you guys suspect that the park will be really crowded then? I was hoping to get some of the opening day rush out of the way and go on a week day.

I too share a Birthday with Kings Island - I didn't come until November of 1972 though!

I wish I could make 10 trips! I'm probably going to make the usual 3 trips. Money is tight this year. I've yet to make it to Cedar Point. I want to go sooooooo bad!
