Yea they put it back down. I really wish they would stop cycling through views because there's nothing going on anywhere besides the Station area.

idk. it might be. but how it looks it is just in the right spot on the ground to make it look like it is attached. if it isnt, id expect it to be up in a little bit.

No, they're attaching the catwalk to the piece of track shown in the webcam captures above.

They should start putting up station track,and start on the building.

Just a question to all of you but do you guys have the web cam as your desk top back round? I know I do its nice to watch

Ohiocoasterman, I have the webcam set as my desktop background too. But does it refresh on your desktop without having to do anything to it? If so how do you do that?...and Nice pictures Beast1979! Looks awesome!

Fear the offseason, mine updates just like it does on there site. Use this link http://www.kiDiamondback.com/public/downloads/webcam.cfm and it should do it for you. The only thing with using that link is you have to have there whole page but it still looks sweet! Let me know if it works for you

Okay when I right click on the page just the background goes to my desktop and no webcam. But when I right click on the webcam that just shows up and no background and it doesn't refresh like on the site.

yea thats what happens to me to.

I just went to the web cam part of the site so I can see it and I just copied the URL from that I did not right click on the page just get the url from the web cam page on the top of your browser.

okay i'll try that...Looks like they moved the crane over to the turn around into the station so they can put those track pieces up!

You have to go to where you set up your background.

Hit "customize desktop."

Hit the "web" tab

Hit "new"

Put the URL in the "location" field

When it finishes loading, hit OK then hit Apply on the desktop part again.

It will show up as a small window on your desktop.

Put your mouse near the top of the new window and hit the little down arrow on the left.

There you can select to "cover desktop" for the full screen effect.

I was thinking the exact same thing. People, we don't need a post everytime the crane rotates, lifts a piece up, or whatever. Like it was previously said, this is gonna happen quite a bit for the next few months. Chill out, and find something else to do! I'm just as excited for this ride as anyone, but I could care less each time the crane moves or track is placed. There is better things to do then watch the webcam all day!

Boy has it been a long time since I have had an opportunity to look anything up. This ride is gonna be sweet! Diamondback. In the flyer, it said that I may experience an unexplained attraction to reptiles. GEE....Imagine that happening to a guy like me. Not that the ride would have anything to do with it.
