Hit "new"

Put the URL in the "location" field

When it finishes loading, hit OK then hit Apply on the desktop part again.

It will show up as a small window on your desktop.

Put your mouse near the top of the new window and hit the little down arrow on the left.

There you can select to "cover desktop" for the full screen effect.

Uh, there is NO way they can finish the ride by November 3rd. The last footings by The Beast entrance plaza aren`t even going to be poured until after the park closes in November.

And keep in mind that Behemoth did not open until mid-May. Kings Island is saying that Diamondback is going to open in April. Which means that they only have about eight months to finish building the ride and complete testing. It will not be like Firehawk which opened on Memorial day weekend last year.

O.K. so in a nutshell what have they done so far today? I missed a lot.

^^Not a whole lot....added more catwalk for the track turn into the station, doing more footing prep work in the woods, doing some lift support prep work...pretty boring (though probably important) day...

Well now that KI is only open on weekends the window has really opened for major construction.

Man this thing is coming together quick. I am glad they got the more complicated parts of the track up already. Will there be like live coverage of the topping off ceremony.

Major Vertical Construction will be done before Thanksgiving. Thats the timetable they are working on. So January theres not going to be much more than remaining site work and snow.
