People were hoping for an RMC coaster (I'm guilty of this) but when the plans were leaked and I spent a little more time looking at the area, a GCI made so much more sense than an RMC, I do think that it's very likely that KI will get an RMC eventually, but not in the immediate future.

To my knowledge, it is a custom track composed IMAscore, it sounds like a remixed version of Darren Brown's Ghost Train's soundtrack

I'd love a Mack launch coaster at KI, but I've never ridden one, and I've ridden Maverick many times to know what I'd be expecting since Mack launchers have not really made their way to the US

Wolf Pack isn't great, I'd be happy to see it go and be replaced by a better haunt, wishful thinking but I'd like to see a haunt themed to The Beast's unwanted son.

They have been dumping dirt there since Banshee was under construction, at this point, I see a new coaster there, but not in the immediate future.

I'd personally like an Intamin giga with new style restraints like seen on Taron, do that then do a mix of I305 and Fury, then make it have insane airtime! If I had to choose a coaster for that spot, it'd be a compact B&M Wing Coaster (The Swarm or X-Flight) or something like The Smiler.

Firehawk is a ride i wouldn't wait more than 30 mins for (based on the capacity) but other than that it's just okay, I prefer Vortex and the other rides in the park.

It looks to be a zero g roll, then it goes back under the lift into another one, at least that's what I got from my observations/pictures.

I really hope this is Intamin: The US return!

Cedar Fair is going with an old manufacturer for a coaster coming to a Cedar Fair park in 2018, obviously not headed to KI, but I'd put Intamin as a possibility right now in the future, but hey that's just me, feel free to bash me but I think it's very possible!

Carowinds never has busy days, you should be fine whenever you are planning to go, as said above, do not overhype the park, I don't want to sound like that I'm saying it's an awful park, but your top three is pretty good, Fury is my personal number two, just don't overhype the ride (I found it extremely overrated my first few rides), Intimidator is good, but Diamondback is better (In my opinion, but I noticed Intimidator is a bit smoother than Diamondback if that interests you) Afterburn is a very good invert, but unlike most people I don't see the love for this one, I much prefer Montu or Banshee, then your one and dones are Nighthawk: it'll be the only coaster with a line, though when I went on a Saturday in July I got on in 5 minutes, and it was as great as I expected, awful, I don't know what the chain did between Firehawk and Nighthawk, but the ride is a terrible coaster, Vortex is also pretty bad, anyway hope you have a great trip!

I count it as two, same with all racing coasters except ‎Möbius Loops

My only stand up I've ridden would be Vortex at Carowinds, I've ridden it twice, my first ride I thought it was very underrated, my second ride in 2016 however... ouch..

You've made a mistake of not making that Fury 325... Nighthawk is awful!

I know Six Flags does that sometimes, but the only time I recall Cedar Fair ever closing a park early is if the power goes out or if their water line breaks (Cedar Point.)

It's finished, and also maybe your friend was expecting a little too much? This is Cedar Fair, not Seaworld or Universal.

I first rode MT on Friday Night, I was on the first few public trains ever on the ride, We got placed towards the back (and said hi to some KIC Members/great friends of mine that are on the crew) and at first it was great, the airtime was kind of overhyped, but boy was I glad I gave this thing a 2nd chance, we rode front row, absolutely fantastic, the airtime towards the front of more of my style (ejector), along with extremely fast twists, a few more rides after that and it's in my top 10, great wooden coaster! Kings Island has a winner on their hand! As for the shed, I didn't expect much, The shed didn't destroy the ride for me, I was actually impressed, way cooler than what I was thinking would be in the shed! The ride is a 10/10 for me, great wooden coaster!
