That’s a very large section of track going up right now! It has to be 3 pieces of assembled track.

I feel like they’re getting close to a deadline, and weather this weekend is likely gonna hinder that. If you look back, both Banshee and Diamondback (Not sure about Mystic Timbers) were done with track erection the last week of January. They may be trying to get this thing complete in the next 10 days or so.

Looks like the station is getting some kind if wrap on the roof that’s the same color as the track. Initially i thought it was paint.

Keep in mind that the webcam is right around 300 feet in the air. The fog may be clear enough closer to the ground, so they may be able to lift some pieces into place. Of course, it isn’t guaranteed that they are able to, but it’s a possibility.

Just checked on a few (My team is very slow at work right now lol) Fury 325 animation - No Trims Banshee Animation - No Trims (there were trims preset at least when the ride opened) Leviathan animation - Both airtime hills have trims Diamondback Animation - Trims are present Behemoth Animation - Trims are present on the 3 consecutive airtime hills

I just checked. Trims are not present in the animation POV, but they are there in the blue prints that were circulating.

Is that a trim? :(

I’m interested to see the color schemes of the other 2 trains.

B&M giga coasters have a much thicker spine on the lift hill and the first half of the drop. That’s how they are able to use a minimal amount of supports on the lift. Kinda like how Intimidator 305 had a double spine on its lift and drop, and it’s only being sported by two large support structures.

Anyone know the exactly angle of descent?

I’m pretty sure they have the rest of the lift and drop preassembled into one piece. Orion could very well be topped off tomorrow!

6 years later, and Banshee still has the best teaser video of all time. I am foaming at the mouth to ride Orion!

I wouldn't see an issue. The revived the name Banshee after it received massive backlash 20 year prior, the named a ride Valravn, which is a bird that feeds off of the flesh of dead soldiers on battlefields, and there are a few other rides in the country (mind you, they are in a different chain) named Apocalypse.

The dates indicate when each of the rides opened.
