  1. They’ve planted trees on The Vortex site.
  2. Dive loops are different than vertical loops. There are different forces involved.
  3. KI needs more employees, has limited capacity, and people are more unwilling to visit parks because of the pandemic. The schedule isn’t catering to us, but rather to the needs of CF due to the pandemic.
  4. FYI: Kings Island just got the tallest and fastest terrain coaster. It is also my favorite coaster as well, which is the same with many people I know.
  5. They’re going to be likely targeting families, as they’ve done since the end of the Paramount era. With the new South Bay Shores WP, they’re going to be going after families, since they are the ones who are likely going to spend more money per guest.
  6. It’s a full concept. The ride that I came up with wouldn’t be intense, but would be a hit with enthusiasts and the general public alike.
  7. Turns out you can potentially fit a record breaking wing coaster on the site where markers are without: Removing Timberwolf Reducing lot capacity by significant amount Making major alterations to the land
  8. This could have been bought before the onset of the pandemic. The chain said they had enough money for next year as well in the investor calls. That being said, even with the financial situation, why would they be working on infrastructure?
  9. The northernmost markers seen so far are south of The Bat.
  10. Wing, Dive, or Floorless. Why would they rebuild a dead end road that has seen limited use? For an entertainment company coming out of this pandemic, a project like that would be a waste of money.
  11. I wouldn’t be so sure. It’ll get a coaster, in the future. I’m thinking the area in front will be a coaster, followed by a coaster in The Vortex site.
  12. It would be nice to see some flats. It doesn’t explain the markers at SOB and the old road.
  13. They would remove the road to install something. Could it be a series of flat rides or a coaster, I do not know. But something definitely is going on.
  14. A white spraying indicates an excavation. One can’t excavate beneath a road without removing it. I’ve done surveying and marking of sites in the past. Any surface with a white marker means it will be removed for excavation. Furthermore, since it’s a dead end road, there’s little use for the park to keep it.
  15. White markers sprayed on the road indicate it will be removed. Portions of the preferred parking lot is also spray painted.
  16. It seems that with each passing day, the project has to do less with the main gate and more with the area north of the entrance. The road is being removed, and they’re apparently surveying that plot of land.
  17. It was too dark to take photos, but they’re in the area of road we already saw marked.
  18. So apparently there are more markers. The road looks like it will be removed.
  19. Joking aside, I think the music of the park should be what the management thinks it should be. They know how people react to certain cues and tunes.
  20. The photo booth still remains. The building served as a roof for the photo booth and benches nearby.
  21. It’s a flag on an electrical box.
  22. The marker has gone up since park opening.
  23. It’s Orange. It would have to do with communication.
  24. There has been a sighting of a marker inside the park by the old SOB queue.
