I've had that book since 7th grade. Would bring it to school at least once a year through my Senior year at Chaney. Showed it to everyone. People around here need to have some pride in the area, instead of saying "oh, can't wait until I leave Youngstown!".

I doubt any of the local news stations are going to send a camera crew to get the announcement live. A press release will probably be issued at 10, and that is how people not at the park will hear the news.

Well, I'm not delusional enough to think that if those fires weren't started we would be seeing steel coasters rising above the trees on the South Side of Youngstown, but it would have prolonged the park's life at least a couple more decades.

Especially those in Youngstown.

Reading the past couple pages, it seems like some of you will be contemplating suicide if this coaster isn't what you want it to be. Not the right attitude to have. Sit back, watch the construction, enjoy the ride.

If the name is "Amusement Dark", then someone in the planning department has a severe lack of creativity.

Why are people saying Inverted Coasters are a thing of the past? That's like saying because no Wild Mouse Coasters have been installed in a while, they are a thing of the past.

I think you solved it. Iron Man: The Coaster. I would say it's a flying coaster to fit the theme, but you guys already have X-Flight, so...

I honestly can't see them getting rid of the arcade, especially since when it's raining, people go in there and spend money on the arcade games. If you add a dark ride, you lose all that income.
