  3. Haha....perfect timing for this thread since I was strolling through Cedar Point today planning my June trip when I should have been working.
  4. Sad news indeed. I also have fond memories of that coaster.
  5. Banshee is a registered trademark of Cedar Fair. As such, it should always be capitalized. Mason and Ohio are proper nouns. As such, they too should be capitalized. *Kings Island*
  6. Ugh....that picture seems so familiar. I just don't recall the location, like a name on the tip of my tongue. And yes, it's actually starting to bother me Not sure why but I keep thinking somewhere around Swan Lake, but more than likely the old Nature Trail area.
  7. The Beast had beastly footprints...... Not sure of the timeframe, but I distinctly remember these.
  8. Back on topic..... I noticed it yesterday, and then again this morning that it looks like they are welding at the support bases. Or more precisely, at one of the bases that can be seen on the newer webcam position. Is this typical of all bolted support bases?
  9. ^ The answer to your question lies within your post. Membership cost and other info is located in this thread.......... http://www.KICentral.com/forums/index.php/topic/28839-KICentral-and-coaster-crew-to-partner-in-2014/
  10. Welcome to KIC!
  11. Shhh...Let me tell you a little story about a man named shhh! shhh! even before you start. That was a pre-emptive shh! Haha, this made my day. I love reading/learning about new..... LOOK OVER THERE!!! Lulz
  12. There is a "Go To Top" arrow at the very bottom of each page that will do just that....go to the top. You can also hit your "Home" key on the keyboard that will also take you to the top of the page.
  13. 43 & married with a good paying job that's putting my daughter through college. I was just messing around....guess from now on I'll only post relative information to KI. Sorry if I offended anybody. Peace out
  14. Obviously a kid at heart.....that's why I'm posting on an amusement park forum.
  15. That's what she said.
  16. That same rule applies to the "outside". I've fired people for not meeting that requirement. Again.....this same rule applies to the "outside". Pro Tip - Require skilled trade training prior to entering the workforce.
  17. Wut?? So confusing. My head hurts.
  18. Looks like they have laid some rock by the lift hill drop and there also appears to be a pile of them next to one of the supports. This may be old news since I haven't checked the cam in a few days.
  19. Another piece of track installed......
  20. Looks like 1 big blurry pixel to me.
  21. Just to be different? Sometimes making sense is not always the best.
  22. Enjoying a day at the park means just that.....a day at the park. I do not want to leave and eat at Applebee"s or munch on bologna sandwiches in the parking lot but instead will gladly spend my money on the offerings inside the gates. I truly enjoy unique dining experiences that can only be had at limited locations and the park can capitalize on this by introducing one of a kind restaurants. Wishing for the day that I'm just as excited about the food as I am about the rides (lol, who am I kidding....that'll never happen ). Anyway, excited about this hire and hope it's a sign towards a revamped food and beverage division.
  23. It's a beautiful part of the country...... http://www.browncounty.com/
  24. Seymour....work in Columbus. Lol, it's a small world on the interwebz.
  25. Raining in Southern IN and heading towards KI. Doubt they get much work done today
