  1. . I believe Smurf was joking, I know I was. Woops quoted myself sorry on mobile!
  2. Great photo! That would be truly special.
  3. I have problems at the same times it seems others have them. This is only on mobile though. My computer has been in the shop so it is all I have to go on : (
  4. I loved snapping! It really was thrilling, it felt dangerous even though it was not. My brother taught me how and I only got a few in at KI before the eagles fled their nest.
  5. That article was well written, some research was actually done. I love the attention this is getting! Smurf I agree that stuff needs cleared out and they should clean the top of the bar off.
  6. TTD I would love that!
  7. I had the same results as Ki Fanatic. Great minds think alike...and so do we : )
  8. I find myself starting debates that have no place on a coaster enthusiast site and wonder if I subconsciously referred to myself in my username. SOB, who is glad not every one looks, sounds, feels, or thinks the same. Variety is the spice of life!
  9. Just a poor attempt at being funny on my part...I was awarded the most sarcastic superlative in high school. I will edit the spelling error.
  10. As stated in my edited post I did a bit of research and discovered that as well as the purpose of the music questions. I believe they should have every right to play whatever music they want by the way, but from a business stand point I think it is smart for them to not have the lyrics.
  11. I do not believe I have. Not really sure to be honest. It seems they are closed on Sundays upon research, but that same research showed that they stopped playing Christian music with the words in all restaurants and not even instrumentals in some.
  12. Do they play gospel? I have been there a hand full of times but do not recall any religious music, especially at the food court. : )
  13. How so? Because the guy stated an opinion? When I ate there I saw no scripture or preaching of any kind. I see your point though as I don't agree with him but his business does not ignore science and call it fact.
  14. Is it part of the Creation Museum? I thought it was separate. I would go because I, too, find the era fascinating and would love an immersive experience themed towards it. I would not, however, love to hear that gays and scientists seeking answers instead of accepting "the word" translated several times from men thousands of years ago as fact are bringing about the end of times. I guess that was the thought in the dark ages and earlier though, so it would be immersive. So again, I would not go and neither will a slew of other people. Thats the issue with basing a business on polarizing beliefs (though it has not hurt churches but that is much different). This is not meant to be an attack but an explanation of why I feel this will fail.
  15. I do not see this succeeding at all. I have nothing to against people of faith but this would cater to such a specific audience and alienates the rest. I would visit if it did not try to send a message and instead could just be a cool themed area, but I would not be able to give money to that group and I know I am not the only one.
  16. I know for a fact it is either going to Carowinds or somewhere else. Keep that info hushed though.
  17. Ringmaster I never imagined things that way til you laid out facts like that, and you made sense. I love hallowen, especially as a Bobcat, but it felt less intense the last few years. I would gladly wait longer for an "immersive" scare rather than a plethora of middle of the road trails/mazes. There is much wasted potential, but a few things shine. The new Scarezones were fantasfic in my opinion. More scare actors with Wolf Pact members intensity would be great. I cross threaded a bit...enjoy Yuenling Lager and post responsibly.
  18. Sounds like a great time. Sorry Kalahari did not work out it os great! I highly recommend it.
  19. I just don't know how Stonehenge would relate unless they made it an international themed area, which could actually work with the viking ship and Festhaus (spelling?) nearby. It would look cool though.
  20. That makes sense. Some star lights as mentioned would also be cool during the ride and inexpensive I imagine. I shudder to think what reports there may be of what happened when the lights went out...some people are utterly disgusting.
  21. While I love theming I do not expect the best and most extravagant from a seasonal park. Atmosphere is a better word for what I would like to see more of at Kings Island. Examples of what I mean are the Gatekeeper and Leviathan plazas, which I think are beautiful. Something like this at Banshee along with trees and flower gardens could go a long way for me. As for Flight of Fear all I ask is include the lights going out again in the que. I would love more theme but with all the big investments being made I have no problem with keeping what we have wit FOF.
  22. Do not make jokes! Coasters are serious business! : ) Live shows too...forgot what topic I was on.
  23. You said what what in...I have said too much.
  24. Thanks Dane and thanks Don! I really like how this is taking shape. Hopefully they pull off broken down church look.
  25. I love the fog personally but I can see it being a safety risk. My favorite part about Halloween Haunt is not knowing what could be right in front of me with all the monsters hiding in the fog. The Eiffel Tower looks fantastic with the red light too.
