The Ride renderings for Diamondback and now Banshee show them diving through a beautifully wooded forest. But obviously that isn't case. Would you want Kings Island to invest into getting some trees planted or could not care at all? Do you think they will? I noticed when watching a 1979 Beast POV that the area seemed a lot less "forest" around the ride, but now, for me is one of the best things about The Beast, it twists and turns wonderfully through a very scenic forest. I really hope over time Kings Island get some nice trees through the Banshee and Diamondback course, it would make it all the more exciting.

It probably will, they typically have the premier rides on the early ride time list. Well not their premier rides, but the premier rides, what ever you know what I mean.

I guess you beat me too it so you get this one. The Flight Deck thing was weird there was a loud sound that I believe to be part of the an air compressed friction brake, but I really have know idea. The ride didn't open for a while after that so… who knows. I found the Diamondback crew pretty awesome, aside from the stacking, they were very nice and accommodating. And special shout-out to Eric, you are really freaking awesome.

The vest that is the bar you pull down can be pulled further during the duration of the ride.
