  1. Great article, thanks for posting. The refurbishment of the log flume is really eye opening and I think it sets the tone for what Matt Ouimet will want for his parks in the future. Perhaps, and this is wishful thinking here, Boo Blasters will get a high-quality renovation soon.
  2. I haven't ridden maXair, but I hate Delirium. I suppose neither is my answer.
  3. There is a measuring station near the Fast Lane booth at the front gate.
  4. Which launch are you talking about?
  5. Wait a minute, how is WindSeeker not a "true" flat ride? Last I checked it had all the qualities that fit the definition of "flat ride."
  6. That doesn't mean work can't be done later throughout the year within those areas.
  7. What is currently seen at the park is undoubtedly just the beginning of the project. I'm sure there's more to come.
  8. He's not saying that. All he's saying is he doesn't want to filter through meaningless posts, as there are enough in this thread already.
  9. It seems the general consensus is that you either love it or you hate it; there is no in between. I haven't ridden so I can't offer my opinion on the ride.
  10. Not all wing coasters have a loop in place of the first drop. Wild Eagle immediately comes to mind as an example.
  11. How is it different? It's the same technology, and Premier figured it out 20 years ago. Intamin's a little late to the party, bro.
  12. Flight of Fear and Backlot Stunt Coaster don't have a lot of downtime, yet look at their launch mechanism.
  13. 1. Link please.2. Was this induced by the ride or did the child have a preexisting condition? 3. When was this?
  14. How many accidents have happened on a B&M, and how many were prevented by bystanders? How many children slipped out of their restraints to their death on a B&M?
  15. I'm not thinking that. In fact, the majority of the people here aren't thinking that, either. You're just an Intamin fanboy who can't see through your rose-tinted glasses that there are other manufacturers who can make an equal or better product than Intamin.
  16. That's Gatekeeper! Boy, it's cOLD in here, isn't it? Sorry, that was said a few pages ago, I was referring more to the numerical stats. Sorry, but I don't have time to be reading the same old garbage day after day, so I skip to the last page - and I guess, for once, I actually missed something. How about that! Maybe Don will get an extra chuckle from this too!You don't think something that obvious wouldn't have been brought up within the past few hours?
  17. I leave to volunteer at a DCI competition for 12 hours and come back to this confusing mess? I honestly don't know what to believe anymore!
  18. Does it really matter?
  19. Skyrush utilizes a cable lift last I checked.
  20. Um, no. Son of Beast's station is to be indefinitely used as a Haunt attraction.
  21. The green piece is defective and has been sitting in the lot for weeks.
  22. Oh no. Please delete that link. I don't want anyone to see my earlier posts. *insert Picard facepalm*As for myself, I'm quite partial to the Adventure Express logo.
  23. Drop Tower is a really awesome ride regarding sounds. Invertigo's pretty far up there, too. I'm not sure what xylophones you've seen or heard, but I guarantee they sound nothing like an anti-rollback.
  24. Flight Deck?
