  1. I didn't know if it was a crack or cracks, I just remember riding it shortly before it was shut down forever to the public. It was extremely shaky. It will be nice to have Banshee in his spot, it was pretty cool riding S.O.B and DB that season though, but this will be much better in my opinion.
  2. Probably during the week when kids are in school and no science days are scheduled. Not opening day and not a weekend, waiting hours to ride only once who'd be torture for me, I might even crack the piggy bank so I can fastlane it all day long! You know that's right!
  3. He was like his father, but on steroids or crack or something?
  4. ^ Please see quoted post. So? He said nothing has been done, doesn't say nothing will be done.
  5. Technically the Grand Carousel.
  6. Which slide at Blizzard Beach did you ride first? I know mine on that one! Summit plummet, best wedgie ever!!! 3/1/2009
  7. Can't remember, but I'm guessing it was at KI,CP,or Disney World in 1980. Sadly, I have nobody who can answer that question.
  8. Wait till if or when you have a baby, PMS is nothing compared to the things a pregnant woman will say and or do! You won't even know who she has become until she forms back to normal 9 months later. I keep reminding myself just two more months on repeat! Added note, I enjoy all the Banshee updates and photos, thanks to everyone involved.
  9. I rode it several times before it shut down and then the day it reopened last season, it was noticeably shorter to myself and the other fanboy sitting next to me.
  10. The fact is, it shortened after the fix last season.
  11. Who are you speaking to young buck?
  12. It was never shortened. It's always been that short. Sorry, wrong answer. It was shortened, I don't expect an answer from a park employee, but would be nice to know.
  13. With all do respect, he was responsible for the Reds Grille? Opening day was horrible, not a good first impression for me. I seen the service improve over the season but nothing improved as far as food. It was o.k but we opted for Outback later in the season for about the same price with much better food. Executive chef better step up his control of product next season, just my opinion. I know many who share my title but don't deserve it (I'm no chef although I think I should be!). I would feel better if I hadn't known he was already working the grille, but whatever, maybe he had no control and hope he gets some next season. P.S I like Montgomery Inn pork potato skins as an appetizer, GABP went cheap this past season, lost my money, don't do the same! Go big or go home, right?!
  14. Delirium's ride cycle shortened after it was fixed last season, why?
  15. I can't stop reading your posts with Homer Simpsons voice in my head. "D'oh!"
  16. I love BLSC, leave it alone haters.
  17. I'm all about adding attractions, and upgrading existing attractions. It would be stupid to tear out Action Theater, flats can be placed in several locations without removing anything useful. I do agree the Dino movie needs to go soon, nothing worth watching twice, speaking for myself.
  18. I am seeing Soak City in your near future, perhaps a water boy to the lifeguards, high quality H2O.
  19. He threw the hot dog behind his back, the fan wasn't expecting it. The Royals should have settled this out of court and took care of the man. The players don't whip baseballs behind their back into the stands, they generally make eye contact and toss the ball towards an expecting person or crowd. Just my opinion.
  20. Woodstock Express with my 5 year old daughter on Sunday. She wanted to ride Skyflyer Xtreme and just made the height requirement but Momma said not till next season. The girl has no fear of rides, next year will be exciting with a new line up of coasters and rides waiting for her! I can't wait either.
  21. My fiance and I went over to kiddie land on Sunday to see the petting zoo and regretted it almost immediately!! The usual "gotta practically run with my jumbo stroller and pay no attention and nearly mow people down with my jumbo stroller" kind of parents, parents who have taught their children ZERO manners and let them just run loose and shove in front of people, and then there was a girl scout group of 7 girls and 2 supervisors. One supervisor wasn't paying any attention to the kids at all, and the other only paid attention long enough to make sure all 7 girls were there before moving on to the next animal. I heard her say "now there's a lot of people here so we have to make sure we all stick together" only to immediately stop paying attention to the girls and let them run loose and knock me out of the way and shove in front of us and step on my feet... I told my fiance "If you're having to constantly do a head count of all the kids to make sure they're all there after telling them they all have to stick together with you, clearly you're not doing a good job of chaperoning/supervising them!" We had to climb over the hay bales more than once just to be able to move on to see another animal because so many parents just let their kids run loose while they stood around playing with their phones and talking to each other and we kept getting cornered by wild kids! As soon as we'd get a clearing to move, we'd start to move and another group of wild kids would come in and block us!! I know it's the kiddie area, and meant for the kids, but that still doesn't mean you should let your kid run loose unsupervised in a crowded area and not teach them basic manners like wait your turn and don't shove in front of people or step on their feet!!! We weren't over there more than about 10 minutes before we got too frustrated with the uncontrolled kids and clueless parents and just left... I'm just glad I didn't have my camera with me, because I'm convinced it would have bonked some kid in the head and I would have gotten in a big argument with some clueless parent about my camera knocking some kid upside the head Sounds like you had a good time. My wife hates how crazy it gets over there too, I just keep my two kids in check and roll with it.
  22. How the season begins and ends can be two different things. Fall of 2011 was the worst Beast rides I have ever experienced in my 30 years of riding it.
  23. I had a really smooth Beast ride as well, hmm?
  24. DB didn't rattle on me tonight, maybe it was because of the cold weather?
  25. I read the topic and thought Stud was back again.
