Me, Gemini XL-200 and another friend are heading to Louisville for our senior trip in late July. We're going to Kentucky Kingdom for two days, and maybe walking around the city if we have nothing to do after KK closes at 7 pm.

No, I'm talking about the logo on the sign. Your pictures that you posted earlier of the marquee from 1981 used Kings Island's original, personalized logo which looked better than the ones from the Paramount era and Cedar Fair.

I wish Kings Island had a personal logo instead of generic Cedar Fair text.

Is it realistic to put a flat in Congo Falls' unused queue area?

I don't like these footers. I liked going into a wide-open space every time I entered AZ, and while having picnic tables with shade will be nice for guests, it may make the area feel cramped. Last season, when there was no water tower, the space felt more open and flowing. Also, it won't be as nice to walk into an area where the first thing you see is a stray picnic table in the middle of some concrete. Sure, there's an awesome, brand-new coaster and rethemed coaster there that will be appealing to the eye, but usually people look straight ahead, and to see a picnic table is not on my list of first things to see in an amusement park section.

Probably the most reasonable speculation. Throw in a couple tables, make it another place for people to enjoy their chicken, ice cream, and Snickers.

I hope the prices will be just as competitive as Hank's were when they first opened. Speaking of Hank's, will that restaurant still be operating this season? I remember it being closed often during the second half of the season and Halloween Haunt.

I always liked more realistic drawings of the rides rather than the cartoony drawings of recent years.

It's so good to finally see a track update from davidw. It's been almost a month since we've seen any progress on the track and supports!

B&M is not going to apply trims on here. Don's said it many times before. I don't understand why we're all freaking out about this bracket touching the ground. They'll just dig under that part and concrete it to allow the train to make a complete pass.

I drove by on Friday at about 11:15 pm on I-71, and it looks so different in the offseason. You can't see anything other than the Eiffel Tower, which changes lighting every few minutes. It's neat.

How about we see who gets the most rides on Banshee, The Bat, DB, Vortex, etc. We could hand out awards at the end of the year and it would be neat.
