WOW! so he moved to Texas, Schlitterbahn parks are mostly waterparks, some of the biggest in the nation, I know a lot of people that go to the ones in Texas. The managment down there is really laid back and have partys after hours all the time for guest. He'll really like working for them. I've burned my feet a few times on the concrete in the waterpark. It gets just hot enough, and I was being saracastic in saying there was suppose to be boardwalk in the waterpark also combat sutpendous 89, as in don't beleave every word you hear on a tour.

.....I coulda sworn someone said that it would be an investment frim that would be buying the parks. And what's he mean by "entertainment group?" Don't tell me it's Cedar Fair. I'd much rather it be Busch Gardens/Sea World that bought us. What I mean by entertaiment group is they are in the same line of business as PKI, So the parks not going to be turned around and resold for a profit like a investment group would do. just remember new owers are going to make changes. It's the nature of The Beast all things change.

Sorry but I'm not trying to start that at all . I'm just letting everybody know It's not and investment group that's buying PKI and don't worry about it being resold soon after the deal is done. and entertainment group is buying PKI, make it what you want.

Yea I was at that tour also and was told there would be boardwalk and less concreate in the waterpark, and you won't be able to see from one end to the other, and 3 years later were still burning our feet on the concreate. I know i've been away from the web site for awhile but where did Siebert go to ?

It's not and investment group that's buying PKI . It's a big park chain in the USA. And I can't say who sorry sworn to secretcy. But your going to like it and no it's not Six Flags that I can say

Does anybody know what rides are going into the new resort? I drove by it yesterday and couldn't beleave how big the place is.

I went to Busch Gardens 2 years ago and it's the only park I won't go back to because it's just like PKI and that's not bad but if I'm going on vacation I want to do something different, been to Discovery cover pricey but worth every penny Sea world always fun, go to every show you can lots of laughs, Universal studio's make sure you buy the express pass it's more than the regular pass, if you don't you will spend your whole day in about 6 lines for rides and that's it. another fun time is at typoon lagoon at disney you have to sign up 3 months in advance but for a $125 you can surf 8 foot waves at 600am until 900am and they will teach you if you don't know how, warning you better have some upper body strength because you will do a lot of paddling and you will be taught by Mr carrol who trains the U.S surf team.

I work for Portman Equipment co, and and our Company started with 5 people, and is now employing 2000 and sales over $350 million now and we still compete from within like they did when the company started in 1960. I don't think Pki has anything to worry about, gas prices kept everybody to trips of nesesity. next year save up some gas money for hurricane season

But don't they redo that portion of the park every 4 years. that's what the tour guide said, and if 2 years are already gone it doesn't make since to add the rest and then redo BB.

What happen to having boardwalks at BB and not being able to see from one side to the other with all the landscaping that was to be done.

The Retro Flowrider, and the 400+ friends I've made over the last 7 years riding there and all the kids and adults who want to know how you do all those tricks. and when they catch their first wave and can wait to get another priceless
