Im just curious is there many people employed at KI who get to work there year round year after year besides upper management and some ride maintenance staff? I have to admit i have often wondered what it would be like to work there year round, and what kind of education i would need to make that happen

lol we could hope but with them adding sections to the station for the haunt and removing all the que line parts of it on top it seems they just useing the space for whatever they can get out of it

i noticed crypt was closed both times i went this month,whats up with that seems like it fits with the theme of haunt :-) maybe they working on upgrading it? wishful thinking

when i went sunday after they closed at 8 ALL of the ticket booths were closed except lost and found. i went to customer relations office and upgraded my pass there for next year. still it seems like they would keep a couple windows open so people leaveing who want a season pass can get one expecially with all the signs advertising it.

48 to 48 Bypass to 71 is way i always take i live in on 48 centerville almost at the outermost part of it, weve tried takeing 741 it was somewhat longer due to all the towns though sometimes people turning left of 48 stoped things if middle of day

I wonder why phantom theater props wernt out on stage by fountains this year? unless they were somewhere else and i missed them? it was cool seeing them again last year

We were about to go into "club blood" and theres this like 12 year old in front of us and the guy letting us in asks him what he wants and the kid goes BOOBIES! the actor responds o theres lots of those in there. Then when we left one of his 12ish year old buddies goes "i totally hit on all of them" im thinking yea im sure they want 12 year olds lol

If all this bugs you, then leave before 7 plain and simple,or go there before October. The rest of us clearly enjoy it,i went saturday and it was the busiest day ive ever seen, and i go there at least weekly for the past several years so that's saying something, so clearly many,many people enjoy it. And coffins,fake blood,guys running up and scaring you,fog,skeletons- dude that describes EVERY halloween place in the usa.maybe what your really wanting is to have halloween banned everywhere

sorry if this has been asked somewhere else but just wondering is it typically more crowded friday or on saturday's haunts? Also is it any slower in terms of crowds going like say the first few weekends rather than later in month? thanks

I was able to get my 4 year old daughter an S.P. this summer and am so glad i did. she went from being afraid of half the rides in kiddyland to at the end of the season haveing a sudden growth spurt and wanting to ride formerly known as reptar over and over and The Beastie,and wanting to ride Diamondback but had to tell her shes gota wait :-). sorry couldnt think of the names the old ones are engraved in my head after all these years. And i started to like backlot alot

same thing happened to me week ago only there were only 3 of them

One day on The Beast a group of guys in the back kept chanting "rufio" over and over on both lift hills. i think someones seen "hook" a few dozen too many times lol

Remember Saturday is the Employee Reunion and the Cincinnati Tea Party movement is going to be at the park. Political movement, in a theme park? I will be avoiding the park this weekend-I have no interest in hearing any more political babble. Since the weather is going to be great, I will find something to do outside. puke. Its a theme park not a political rally point.i hear enough politics on tv news etc.im there to have fun not hear obama sucks or sarah palin is mama bear gona eat liberals or taxes blah blah i dont wana hear it there or care when im there, im there to enjoy myself. p.s. im not bashing republicans id be just as annoyed if it was something like a demtea party or joe bidens democracy party of the century or whatever lol point being no politics :-)

You guys make great points. Regarding themeing just because they cant name things after movies they should still try and make their own cool themes,i mean heck with crypt im sure they could spend a fairly small amount of money and just put cheap rocks or caskets and webbing or something like that to make it look like an actual "crypt"(i know theres some stuff on the walls but you can hardly see it and you dont usually see crypts with concreate floors and giant sliding doors on the wall) :-) . And for real the music during the ride,spend a couple bucks and get music that makes scence(i still dont know whats with the wolf and the, well, whatever that sound is when ride stops and backs into its locked position). but yea anything but an empty room. I don't know how many people go "thats it" afterwards. Sorry I felt like venting lol after u guys talked about how they dont care about stuff like themeing. This one is one of my bigest ones that bother me. But yea the point were all makeing CF is it wont take much spend a little and people will enjoy their experiance more and get their friends and family to go more often. Most of the things we are all asking for really are simple and cheap to implement.
