Haveing my daughter reach the big 48 inches mark and ride some of the bigger coasters that she keeps telling me she wants to ride. She really wants to ride DB but i had to tell her sorry a few more years for that one

Id love to join up i just gota make sure its not on a day i have visitation with my daughter still working on the schedual :-)

yea dont get me wrong its a great time of year to visit just as long as its not on one of those math days :-)

lets put it this way- the behavier of some of the kids made me write my only complaint letter to ki asking they remind the teachers to tell the kids how to follow the rules

yea my daughters regular pass worked too on one of the last sundays after labor day

the only bad experiances ive had there in may was when i went on one of those "math and science days". its swarming with teens on those days and very busy

hmm when i did street view on earth it looked really bad, all i could really see was the towers

the old paramount story area would be perfect

last year there were parts of the paint from the coaster there

Yea the dark part is half the fun. i still remember a couple years ago my cousin rode it with me for her first time and at the end she was like "you didnt say it was in the dark" :-). then she said ok that was my favorite ride here(yes she had already ridden DB, beast etc)

Im very to hear this :-( i think many of us have seen him when riding it do you happen to have a picture to go with the name im sure alot of us would reconize him

regarding The Racer needing paint- they gave the FD a paint job last year and its one of the least riden coasters(granted it needed it BADLY) so youd think whatever the cost may be,expecially for its aniversery, that they could spluge a bit :-)

i really wish they still had this i took my daughter on one at a county fair and she loved it. It seems they only like keeping rides that require electricity :-). p.s. this is my favorite thread of all time in this forum(the person(s) who made the history of ki and the history of the wildlife part of the park get a close 2nd though i forget which one of you made it :-) )

This has been my favorite topic to look at on here thanks for showing us i love seeing how things changed. i agree on this last one it looks like they put alot more effort into the landscaping

actually i do think he was talking about opening it in the morning temps now that i think about their conversation as a whole

I was in line for for DB the last day and the 2 guys in front of me were clearly some kind of maintenance workers(they kept talking about random coworkers working on various rides etc.) and i heard them say that DB only runs if the temp is over 40 degrees. Random interesting thing to know.

At the end of riding The Beast, the lady in front of me said to her friend, "it only had one hill". I was thinking seriously did u sleep through that ride lady?
