I grew up, and still live about 4 or 5 miles from KI. It was great1 My family always got seaon passes, because it was almost stupid not to. I do sometimes get excited when I go by it, (almost every day, on the way to school), especially when its colse to opening day or a new ride,etc.

^That was my basic thought. Plus, I have recently become interested in photography, and am starting to take some classes. I have tried with my point and shoot 8 mp camera. Not fun. :/

From what I'm reading you are the one who started this argument. But Beast1979 is right, it was already a topic. My input was that I thought it was cool because great wolf i right next to my school, an dI got to see all of the parts of the new slide. It was kind of cool. haha. For me there are a few, but I would say my biggest ''fail ride'' woulld be back lot stunt coaster. I was so excited when I heard that they were building it, but when I rode it, I simply was not impressed.

so, im sure someone has either already asked this, or i am just terribly behing, but this thought just popped into my head. Is KI still going to have platinum passes even though CF sold the park? If so, what will the platinum passes be for? Sorry if i am aking a dumb question...I just wanted to know. thanks

Hahaha. I am not petrified of heights, but I would be fibbing if I didnt say that sometimes I get nervous on tall rides. But, I went to Vegas 2 years ago, and we rode the Drop Tower there. It was AMAZING. Biggest thrill I have ever had. Then we also went on the little coaster where all you do is roll out, so you think you are going over the edge, and we rode in front. It was insane! I almost cired, but It again was worth it.

OH darn, well most are takne, so I'll go with plankton's plunge.

I have only been to KD, so I cant really give my opinion, but.....from what I have heard people say, Carowinds sounds much better. Even with another park to compare it to, the first visit to KD just seemed like a lesser version of KI..........(just my opinion)

Around MArch, they will be having their job fair. That is when you can go, apply, and interview for the summer job that you would like.

ok. I was thinking about auditioning to be one of the peanuts characters, but I have a couple problems. one. I am 15. Being this age comes with puberty. I am 5'5" as of today, but I am quite sure that by the time the park would open I will be at leat 5'6" or 5'7". two. I would like to work at the park, i know the characters, and i am very enthusiastic, but have no acting experience. This being said, should I not even bother auditioning, becuase I am supposed to have a resume. Any opinions?
